I was really impressed with how good the food was. We ordered 2 Chicken Parmesan dinners. It came with a small salad and a few garlic rolls. The Chicken Parm was exceptionally good compared to what I have been getting at other takeout places in the area.

I was not impressed with the pizza or the stromobli. I have ordered other food from Renzo's and thought it was much better.

You got my order wrong!!!! I ordered Pepperoni, Onion, Green pepper & mushrooms. When I got to the store they handed me the pizza. When I got home and opened it up, the only topping was pepperoni. My wife refused to eat it, we got into a bit of a tiff because of it. I promised that I will NEVER use your company again

I was never able to order. I tried to call and was put on hold before even being allowed to talk to someone. I was left on hold for 20 min. Tried hanging up and calling back. And somebody would answer and put me on hold right away. Then tried ordering online and my order was canceled. Tried calling store again and somebody would answer and put me on hold immediately.

It was very good. Lots of food at a fair price. A small salad and garlic rolls came with it. Delivery went well.

We have eaten at Renzo's a number of times and everything we have had from pizza to pasta has been great!!!

I could not figure out how to add more than one topping to a pizza. they doubled my order for the same pizza even though I ordered two different pizzas and it said it would be ready at 7 o?clock and when I got there at seven they said it will be ready for 20 minutes which turned out to be OK since I had to change the order

Food is fresh and delicious as always. Buffalo Wing pizza & Caribbean Chic Salad are favorites.

Order confirmation told me food will be ready at 7:08. Food was ready exactly 30 minutes after at 7:38 (I was watching the time). It wasnt busy at all so I didn?t feel that waiting extra time in addition to the 20 minute cook time was something that should have happened.

Food was fine. Got there at the scheduled pick up time (20 minutes after placing my order) and was told it would be 10 minutes. There wasn?t anyone in the restaurant so I?m not sure why my food wasn?t started when the order was placed.

Pizza is good. Had the margherita. However, on our 1st two orders delivery has taken 1 hr 20 mins on what should have been 45-60 min.

2 hours 10 minutes for delivery is not good. the food is not fresh at that point.

I ordered online confirmed to pickup at a specific time. I arrived on time and had to wait 15-20 minutes for my order. Good pizza but not impressed with the timing!!

Your staff lies to customers on Saturdays. Staff needs to take ownership of mistakes. Feels like your taking advantage of people at altis apartments because you have to take the elevator to our apartments. I will make sure our web portal portrays your service to our residents as poorly committed to customers satisfaction. Not even a phone call to rectify the problem...
