Didn?t have all my info for my order the eat street driver had to call me to get the sauces for my wings because something messed up on Buffalo Wild Wings end

Terrible..had special request to be called when in my driveway..never called and half an hour after it was LEFT AT MY DOOR IN 2 DEGREE WEATHER..not happy and will never use your service again

I tried ordering from this location twice in one day. Both times, the order was reportedly given to a ?different customer? by the BWW staff. Poor customer service, bad management, suggest you don?t order from this location.

Food was cold due to taking over 45 minutes to deliver

I didn't get what I ordered, but what was delivered was good.

Worst food ever, didnt even send us what we ordered. Super cold, dry, and disgusting. And eatstreet driver took over 40 mins to pick up our order.

Food was good it was the delivery that took too long and was cold by the time I got it.

The food was terrible. We ordered 15 wings and only received 10. We also ordered a combo of 6 traditional and 6 boneless and we only received 4 wings. There was also hair in the French fries. We will not order from here again. When I called to ask what happened they did not apologize or help with a reimbursement.

Food was cold. Not Buffalo wild wings fault. But probably because our driver drove past our house and delivered to the hospital a few miles away before delivering our food.

The food that arrived was not my order but someone else's food. When contacting eatstreet to fix it, they would only give me a refund for the order I placed and said I would get a coupon for my next order. They would not resend my food which I had waited at least an hour for it to arrive but told me I would have to reorder it. By that time the restaurant was not accepting orders at that time (restaurant was still open) and the coupon was only for $3 off my next order. So very disappointed.

The food was great

Do not receive ranch dressing half the fries were burnt or extra crispy like I was given old fries. The vegetables were labeled fro the previous day and dry. Chicken was half cooked on larger pieces. Overall disappointing. The sauces were the only positive.

French fries were missing from the order.

Order never came, filled a claim yesterday, no reply from Eatstreet. Driver apparently can?t distinguish between my address of 77 N Pioneer Pkwy and the address of the location delivered too. I want my money back

My order was completely wrong. Called to get it fixed and was on hold for roughly 15 mins and had to explain my situation to FOUR different people. And then it was offered to me to come to the restaurant and order and wait for my food, NOT take my correct order over the phone and have it ready when I get there.

Received half of my order and had to call Buffalo Wild Wings to get the rest which arrived an hour later.

None of the food was warm when we received it

The onion rings we ordered looked like someone ate half of them. Ordered a large onion ring !! Also ordered bone in wings and 2 orders of boneless and we got all boneless. Every time we order from here are order is not right

Food was top- notch. Eatstreet's incompetence ruined it.

Not enough sauce!!! You never put enough sauce on the wings and it?s absolutely ridiculous!!! This is probably 4/5 times the wings come dry it?s sad and pathetic!

Took over an hour to get our food and the wings were cold.

Being I ordered thru eat street I feel Buffalo Wild Wings should have put my food in a bag and had it stapled shut for saftey. It was in an open plastic bag. Very disappointed Food was nice cold but that was the drivers fault.

Forgot the fries...chicken tenders but no breading... wanted breading but not flavored.

They were open, but they never acknowledge my order so it got cancelled because they were "closed." I drove to the location to pick up, and the service wasn't much better.

Every time we order at Buffalo Wild Wings something is missing. I call them and tell them items are missing and get told to contact EatStreet. I'm sure we will not order from them anymore. But, will continue to use EatStreet.

I would of been more satisfied with my order if I would of gotten my fries I ordered then the coleslaw I got instead

Everything was correct, good quality, and piping hot. Delivery was fast!

Driver picked up food which was 2 miles from my house at 11:41. She drove up to my house with it at 12:25 almost 40 minutes! The food was ruined.
