Sammy's Pizza

I am STILL waiting on a response to my last email sent regarding this order for how you determined the amount you felt fair to reimburse for an item ONCE AGAIN not delivered because thr delivery person did not confirm.compkete order. And you actually wanted my to give a $2 tip for poor delivery service when I specifically said I wanted tip decreased to 5% and it appears you are still keeping the tax collected for total order 7nchanged. I'm quite confused and this definitely reminds why I do not plan on using your service again--it never fails the order us never completely delivered . So your service and response to explaining the how you came up with $0.89 amount over of the mussing item as adequate simply confuses me. But you've given me no further response to explain how you came up with this.

The food was good. It was delivered on time.

The pizza was cold on delivery.. very poor & disappointed. Paid $43. Never again using delivery.

Pizza was great, but a neighbor delivered it as we didn?t even know it else?s delivered. No doorbell, no knock,?

Pizza wasn't as warm as we had hoped. Sausage and pepperoni wasn't on every square.

It was ok I asked to have no green pepper on it , but there was . So it wasn?t the best.

The pizza was cold. .. even that was doable except the pizza looked like it had been dropped. Literally shaken around at the very least. I took a picture and then threw it away.

chicken arrived hot good service. only one recommendation the delivery person did not ring the door bell to alert me he was here. Fortunately I have a Ring security system which alerted me. I notice on the Eat Street delivery did not give option to request ring door bell and hand deliver to customer. other than this the delivery went well.

Driver was awesome. I ordered gluten free pizza for medical reasons and got a regular pizza for the second time.

Sammy?s Pizza had awesome service! It was super easy to order the pizza was delicious and it was ready a couple minutes early. The workers were wonderful and happy to help. And the New York style breadsticks might be some of my new favorite breadsticks!!!

I didn't receive my salad in my order. I called Sammies and someone brought my salad to me. I think this was good customer service ( even if I had to fight for it) thank you

I have to say, that was the worst pizza I've ever eaten. The only good thing I can say is that the crust was crisp. Not sure it was real Mozzarella cheese, no stretch, no flavor, very skimpy. Sauce was scant and I couldn't tell if it was seasoned?Perhaps just tomato sauce from a can? Pinched Sausage , the pieces were too large, should be smaller and spread over the whole pie. Pepperoni, was ok. Got a 12" and 20oz coke, with tip spent $25.00. Never again.

One of the pizzas arrived with all the toppings in one corner of the box. Likely the driver's fault and not the restaurant's

The pizza is so so salty. Its just nothing like it used to be.

Didn't receive the 2 two liter Cokes . . . and what's pizza with soda? Was EXTREMELY disappointing as EatStreet blamed Sammys for forgetting it and wouldn't have their driver fix!

Pizza was overcooked and dried out. Pieces alongside outside crust were inedible. Delivery time was also extensive. Would not recommend.

Perfect pizza

I got the broasted chicken and jojos. It was super good! It was so hot I even had to let it cool off a bit. I am very impressed with everything I have ordered from Sammys!

Half the pizza was ruined because it appears the box had been mishandled or possibly dropped..

Sammy's has never disappointed me since I moved to this area in 1986 and have enjoyed their pizza EVERYTIME. Always expertly made...tast is perfect...love their crust. Great wings...I am a permanent customer of theirs.

Pizza was ice cold and the cheese had already started to harden on top. We are 5 minutes away from Sammy's took Eatstreet almost 20 minutes once they left Sammmy's to get to us.

New Year?s Eve- place was busy for pick up orders and staff was hustling! Food was delicious and hot, ready on time.

Missing part of my order and still haven?t received anything about a refund. But the food we did receive was excellent

The pizza had too much bbq sauce on it and it seemed to be overcooked and the garlic bread with cheese was just garlic bread with sliced cheese on it. It looked like it was frozen garlic bread with a slice of cheese thrown on it and heated up. Very disappointed and unsatisfied with my order.

It didn't have all the toppings that I ordered. I love Sammy's pizza that I ate at in Duluth. Where I am originally from

I already contacted Support and left a message but I have yet to hear anything back. My experience was terrible as I ordered pizza from a good place that isn?t cheap and when delivered one of the pizzas the topping was completely slid off. Waste of a whole pizza. Obviously something happened during travel but the driver never conveyed anything. This is the second terrible experience I?ve had with EatStreet. Even with the second pizza half price my bill was well over $50 maybe close to 60 with the tip. I stop by Sammy?s Pizza and show them the pictures of the pizzas I received. I wish I could attach the pictures for everyone to see.

Ordered a pizza with mozzarella cheese on it with cheddar as an extra topping and got just cheddar cheese on it.

Not a Sammy?s issue at all but food arrived late. Delivery driver complained about be busy and short staffed. Half the food went right in the garbage because it was cold. Sammy?s itself is very good, but eat street delayed deliveries suck.

Though it is crazy expensive, this is a real treat for my son. We were not disappointed. Our delivery person was great also! Thank you.
