Nothing against EatStreet that I ordered from but the restaurant rocky rococo, the pizza that was delivered was atrocious. There was a hair all over the pizza. Usually a small hair i can understand but with a thick strand that seems suspiciously non accidental obviously raise suspicions that it was purposely put there by the restaurant. I used to love the food from rocky rococo however probably wont give them a chance after this. Subpar and secondly gross!!!

Excellent. Would like to see the restaurant expand back like it did in the '80's and '90's to widen its market. I think it is a great product that would sell well.
No food delivered
hardly any cheese or sauce was all like bread and it was cold!
Our pizza was cold and completely deformed when we got it. We were supposed to get bottled drinks as it described but they were fountain drinks that were at least 1/3 gone or spilled when we got them. Overall I?m angry I spend 30+ dollars and didn?t get what was described
Pizza was good. But... the breadsticks were not with the order. I talked to Rocky R and they said they had them but were not yet set with order.

Would have been great if we got all we ordered. Ordered 3 orders of bread sticks only received one marinara and one cheese, intead of 3 of each which we paid for extra cheese
Eat Street driver failed to pick up pizza before business closed and I never got my order. Was not informed that no food was coming until an hour and a half later when I inquired.
Was very poor because I didn't even get my meal or any notification that it was not going to come and had to contact customer support still waiting on a refund! And this is not the first time that something has happened other times I only get half of my meal and no one does anything about it and yet I'm still a loyal customer with no coupons or anything ever

Not sure where the fault lies but our pizza tipped over in the box and was smashed at one end.
Food was great but it came all smashed together. All pizza has smushed to the side of the box.
Our order was over 35 minutes past the expected time. The driver did text us after he delivered it and said they had to remake our food. Very nice gesture, but could have been earlier to let us know what was going on.

It took an hour to get our delivery, when we ordered it said 30 minutes. Then when the food was delivered the driver did not follow drections and delivered the food to the wrong building (we have 2)
While we appreciate you being open on New Years Day and were understanding when our food took an hour and twenty minutes, our entire pizza was doughy when we received it. The pizza dough was undercooked and we had to throw it out and go pick up food somewhere else. It was sad.
Delayed because they made the wrong pizza. Fine. We got some free cookies. But it was all cold then. And the pizza that had to be remade had cheese in the crust... that was so bad we cut it all off and just at insides and threw almost half away. Kinda lame for $60+ dinner of friggin pizza

Food was uncooked and delivery was later than what was initially told.
The food was good when it finally arrived, although 2 sodas that were ordered were not included (eat street reimbursed) and the driver picked up the food at 1129 and didn't deliver it until 1215... Despite the restaurant being less than a 2 minute drive away.
The delivery took over an hour and when I received it, the food was cold. I'm very disappointed.
Did not get the breadsticks that were supposed to be part of the family meal.

The pizza arrived late and was room temperature. 7.99 delivery charge is unacceptable for the quality.
The food was hot and very eatable and service was excellent. Delivery was ahead of projected time. I definitely intend to continue using EatStreet.

For whatever reason, probably my favorite pizza. Ready in a reasonable amount of time.
either the restaurant or the driver had obviously dropped one of the pizzas and din't tell me. one pizza had all of the toppings and cheese piled at the edge of the box. Ruined a Christmas get together.

Haven't had Rockys pizza in 20 years...now I remember why ..it sucks!
They didn't have what I ordered and failed to contact me in a timely manner
