Northern Tap House - Eau Claire

Bison burger was burnt and hard around edges. Bottom of bun was hard. Threw whole thing out after a bite. It was so dry in my mouth. Waffle fries taste like they were microwaved. The quality is like the Kwik Trip ones. Not worth the money. Truffle fries tasted like regular fries. The only thing good in this $93 order was the Ahi tuna bites & crispy brussel sprouts appetizers. They were amazing!

Received the wrong order and no one will assist me with correcting this.

Food was great, once I got it. The restaurant never got the order. They scrambled and got my order ready asap. As I already told you, I am deleting your app and will not be using your company again. Do not send any more emails!

Wrong sauce on wings again

Salad was disappointing. Chicken on salad was very dry and did not taste very good. Fried pickles were good even delivered though.

The nachos didn't have sour cream or guacamole as stated in the description. The orders of wings and sprouts both seemed smaller and overcooked compared to past orders. It was an expensive order and fairly disappointing.

Burger was good but didn't put any LTO as advertised. Pretty poor for 22 bucks for delivery.

Ordered a double smash burger and instead got a bun with one of the fattest, most un-smashed patties you?ve ever seen. Wasn?t even a double. Didn?t come with any toppings either. Biggest disappointment of 2023.

They forgot my fruit, but the food was delicious.

Double smash burger was missing lettuce, pickle, and onions. I think also missing cheese. Couldn't tell if it was cheese or house sauce on the burger but it was only one of the two

Burger and beer fries were good. Cheese curds were too greasy and The fried pickles had too much dill in the batter.

This was one of the best orders we have had from Northern Taphouse. Burgers were both perfectly cooked, nice and hot when they were delivered and packaged wonderfully so nothing got soggy.

Loved it! This was my first time with Northern Tap House. I honestly wasn?t certain if they were just a notch above Applebees,(or something like that), until I read the menu and noticed interesting things. I ordered the Bison Burger, which is topped with carmelized onions, and fig chutney (or preserves?) on the side, which is amazing on the burger. It came medium rare, exactly how I ordered it, and was amazing. I also ordered the French Onion. I?m particularly picky with FOS, but it was delicious. My only complaint being they don?t offer a larger bowl on the delivery menu. Everything was delivered hot, as well as surprisingly quick, considering the time of day.

Bacon & BBQ Burger and bun were both burnt and dry and it had no lettuce . I had clearly ordered FRIES with my Shrimp tacos meal and the coleslaw was sent. Disappointed. We really try to support local businesses.

Barbecue burger was missing lettuce and tomato that description said it came with.

they lied when they said delivery was free. when I checked out, there was a "service fee" of $3.99 for delivery. The food didn't arrive for 30 minutes from when I was notified it left the restaurant, so it was lukewarm on arrival. Because of the packaging they use, the food steamed for 30 minutes, leaving the food soggy, and the french fries inedible. I had to throw most of the food away. It was a huge waste of my money.

Portion was super small for delivery and not enough for a meal. I was still hungry and would have liked more especially if I have to pay extra for delivery.

Northern Tap house food is good however my order took over an hour to arrive and took 30 minutes from pick up at the restaurant to delivery so this time it was very cold. Normally have no issues.

My sandwich was delicious.

I ordered queso and chips and received a chicken quesadilla instead. I also ordered a burger and was very disappointed in the size of the patties. They were like hockey pucks. I had a inch of bun around the edges of my burger. This was the first time I've had issues like this, so I'm hoping it was just an "off" night.

Didn't receive what ordered. When calling the restaurant they reported eatstreet didn't provide correct info for order.
