Cold and late

The pizza itself was delicious but the order arrived 30 mins later than expected and it looked like the pizza box had been dropped or tipped sideways as all the toppings where slid to one side of the pizza with some completely spilled in the box.

Geno's pizza is probably the best I've found since moving to Eau Claire from Columbus, Ohio in 2015. It's delicious. I have issues with the cost. Prices are too high for me when food, delivery, fees and tips are added together. I can't get out to pick up food. So I'm sure I can't order anymore. Delivery was fast and pizza was hot.

Pizza is excellent, a little over priced

The wings I got on the side were great but they forgot my pizza. On a pizza order. Was never received.

Geno's pizza is AMAZING . But Eat Street didn't actually deliver it and they canceled our order after we waited 70 minutes for delivery.

Our food arrived completely cold and we had to reheat it for it to be edible. The app said that our order was out for delivery at 6:09pm. It takes 15-20 minutes from Geno?s to our house; however, our food was not delivered until 7:04pm - 35 minutes later than it should have. Unfortunately, because of the almost 1 hour time it took for delivery, the quality of our food and experience suffered.

The pizza eas excellent, however it arrived cold because delivery took 30 min for a place that is less than 2 miles away

It's not genos fault but the pizza and wings were ice cold by the time they got to me. After I heated them up in the over they tasted great though.

Pizza was burnt, somebody doesn't care about the product they are selling cause that was embarrassingly burnt.

About 30 minutes after I placed my order, I checked the app to see if the driver picked up our order from the restaurant yet. It said that my order had been canceled. I wasn't sent a text about cancelation, but instead was sent an email. If I had been notified by text, I could have quickly ordered from somewhere else and still have had lunch ready for my daughter on her lunch break.

I don't have any idea how the food was. It showed as available so i ordered. Much later when the food hadn't Arrived, I checked my phone and got a message it wasn't available that night. Had I known that up front I would've ordered elsewhere.

ORDERED A LARGE PIZZA TO BE DELIVERED SAT NIGHT. AFTER 30 MIN AN EMAIL WAS RECEIVED SAYING ORDER CANCELLED. VERY UNHAPPY, SINCE MY ORDER WAS ACCEPTED AS WELL AS MY PYMT. VERY UNHAPPY.

The pepperoni and sausage pizza was excellent. The barbecue chicken pizza topping was great, but the crust was not cooked through

The pizza would have been good I?m sure but the EatStreet driver mauled it . Not sure what she did while driving but it was terrible.

Way overpriced and food just wasnt that good. The large was maybe enough for two people. Wings were very rubbery. Flavor was ok but not a great piece of chicken. Overall not impressed

Pizza is pretty good! I had a pepperoni and sausage pizza and each topping was an additional 2.75 which was a little disappointing. They should lower that price.

I have finally found good pizza in Eau Claire. It only took me 4 years but decided to try Geno's last month and glad I did. This last pizza order was just as good.

I moved to Eau Claire from 4 years ago. I haven't been able to find pizza to suit my taste and nothing tasted like what I like. Domino's is a chain and doesn't count. It's ok. I tried Geno's on 11/30/29. I found it. Loved this pizza. It's a little pricey but I'll stay with Geno's.

Ordered carryout through Eatstreet. They never made my food....

The pizza from Geno's is great. I will order again from Geno's Pizza. EatStreet service is very poor. Our pizza was picked up at 6:38 pm (I confirmed this with the driver), and it was not delivered until 8:00 pm! Eau Claire is a pretty easy city to get around. From Geno's Pizza to my home it should not have taken and hour and a half! In Eau Claire we can get most places in 15 minutes! The pizza was ice cold by the time it was delivered. The driver did not have a bag to even attempt to keep the pizza warm. When I asked what happened, he said he was told to go on other calls after he picked up my food. This was an almost $52 order. This is the second time this has happened with EatStreet. I had hoped the first time was a fluke. But your company has proven that any attempt to get food delivered in a timely manner is not your goal. I am very unhappy. I doubt I will use your service again. I want to be perfectly clear. I have no complaints whatsoever with Geno's Pizza. My complaint lies completely with EatStreet Delivery.

Ordered at 6:25, chose pick up at 7:06, husband got there at 7:10 they had no idea where my order was, after several minutes , they found it on a computer with other printed out orders from Eat Street, it took another 30 minutes if my husband sitting there waiting for order...:( they admitted their fault, but didn?t offer anything.

Delicious pizza and wings!!

The pizza was great, it was just cold by the time it finally got here.

The pizza was overcooked (cheese was brown and crispy), but by the time we got the pizza (almost an hour and half after ordering) it wasnt hot. Our order appeared to have been dropped as our pizzas had been completely smashed and folded and our wings sauce was spilled all over the outside of our containers.

Boooo! Very bad! Ordered through EatStreet at 6:51pm. ETA of delivery was originally 7:35. The ETA kept moving and the food was finally delivered at 8:30! That wait time is totally unacceptable! When the food arrived it had cooled to almost room temperature, very disappointing! I don?t know where the fault lies since when I called Geno?s they would not answer and EatStreet that long delays are acceptable. EatStreet told me that they believe food showing up a half hour after originally ETA is acceptable, but I am not in agreement. This food was almost an hour late and cold. I see no reason to use EatStreet and probably not Geno?s.

Geno's was tasty, delivery with Eat Street however had way too many delays and complications for this dining experience. :(
