Firehouse Subs - Eau Claire

Driver got lost so samdwhich was pretty soggy.

Order was accurate and delivered in the specified time period.

Poorly put together, very soggy, what meat was on it was on the end of the sandwich

Always great food and it's awesome that they support first responders.

Our chips were omitted from our order but i was still charged wont be ordering again

Horrible! Forgot have the food and the stuff they did send was wrong! Never again eating here!

Only have of our order was correct. The other half was so wrong that we ended up not eating it. Waste of money.

Chips missing from order

Food took forever to be prepared and delivered, Delivery occurred over an hour and a half after the order was placed

Left the food out in the cold outside the door with no knowledge of someone picking it up.

Food was good.

The sun was off the charts however that browning looked like it was a week or 2 old and crusty it even tasted funny!

Pop was not included.

Firehouse subs is great, but the eat street delivery person refuses to get the chips and soda most of the time from the racks. I don't know if they forget or think that's not their job, but whatever it is, the last 3 orders were lacking the chips and the drink.

Sub was ok but not enough sauce. I order this frequently and this time it seemed like there wasn't as much sauce.

Delivery driver showed up incredibly late, food was cold and knocked over in bags, 4 of the 6 items in the order were missing because the delivery driver didn?t grab them when he arrived at the restaurant, so I ended up driving across town at 9pm before the restaurant closed to get the items that were missing.

Paid for 6 cookies and only received two. Missing our chips for two combo orders.

I didn?t get my drink or chips. The driver gave me a number to call but I was on hold for a while and gave up.

Great flavor! Soft buns!

Firehouse foods was great, the person delivering my food was not. He forgot my drinks and soup and told me it wasn't his problem and left. So called firehouse who had my stuff there and called and had eat street deliver those things to me.

The food was good. Really long time for delivery especially on a warm might for Tuna Salad.

Firehouse was great, they remade my sandwhich after Eatstreet took off with it.

Food there is always so good. Love that they package their sandwiches in containers so they don't get squished.

Firehouse subs forgot our chips and drink when we ordered a combo. Our delivery driver had to go back and get it. We also added jalapeno on both sandwiches but only got it on one.

Sub was fine even though I asked for light sauce on it.

So yummy!

I love firehouse, but they put the bread or croutons looking things on my Mac and cheese when I requested there to be non. They're gross!

Hours not listed on EatStreet and sent in order in and it was canceled after being accepted

Order was messed up completely, and driver didn?t remember three items. Thank goodness firehouse subs remade our order and hand delivered the items the eat street driver forgot!

Food was great, came earlier than anticipated, even with bad weather.

My order was not correct. I ordered two subs and put modifiers on only one but they were both modified. Food was delicious though!
