Buffalo Wild Wings - Eau Claire

Order took forever. Food was cold when it arrived.

Got half of order wrong

There was no seasoning on the wings, no ranch on the wrap, and the burger was raw.

My wrap was missing half of the normally included ingredients. And Paid extra for cheese on top of my potato wedges, but no cheese was provided.

Terrible ! Didn?t get what I ordered! Terrible! Never gonna order again!

Wings were super cold. Fries were hard, cold, and seemed to be day old. Waaaay too expensive for what it is worth.

Horrible. Cold. Sat at the restaurant for 1.5 hours before it was delivered.

Food sat for an hour after it was done before pick up. It was all cold by the time it got to me

1/2 the order was wrong, but what we got was good.

EatStreet said delivery time would be 35 mins. It took 90 minutes to get my food delivered, and when it finally arrived it was cold.

Cheese was half empty and no mustard sauce..went back to pick up but they were out of the mustard and if they gave everyone 2 cheese sauces they would run out of the cheese sauce too

Quite a few of the wings were like chicken jerky I didn't get the side of veggies

I didn't get my cheese curds to go with my burger and my good was extremely cold and dry.

They never confirmed my order, hence I never received my food.

They stopped taking orders. So my order got canceled.

Order was incorrect and took over an hour to get to me. The driver alone took 30 minutes once food was placed ?out for delivery?. By the time food got to me, it was cold.

Food was somewhat cold when it arrived, but nothing a microwave couldn't fix.

Ordered boneless, got bone in. Refund takes a week.

I placed an order for wings, carrots, a salad, and bottled water. I received a call saying they were out of bottled water. Ok, not a huge deal. Then I received my order, and all I got were the wings - the carrots and salad I ordered were missing in addition to not getting the water.

Orders are never right, don?t know why we keep trying it! And eatstreet cancelled my order even though Buffalo Wild Wings was never notified of the cancel. So I had to pick it up myself which is exactly against the purpose of eatstreet!

They cancelled my order but it still appeared to order from.

No sauce wings went bbq

There was blue cheese on the Cobb salad that I requested to be removed. Other than that the food was good and was delivered sooner than expected. Good hib

Did not get my order right, payed too much and only got one of the things I ordered.

Missed a flavor

My order got messed up eatstrwet refunded but I still should have gotten my oder very disappointed

Tasted great, delivered fast, but delivered to the wrong door even though I included delivery instructions.

The quality of the wings has become horrible. Chewy, hard, non-meat bonless tenders.

Food was five star as usual That's why I keep ordering from them. I just know now not to order each street on a Friday night. Hour and 20 minutes later the food was outstanding.

Took over an hour and a half to get the food when the eta was only 35 min. The food was the wrong order even though the delivery gal said they made the wrong order and fixed it hence why it took so long. Food was soggy and cold.

I got the wrong food. I ordered a wrap and got a sandwich. Good was also cold when I got it.

They gave us two mustard sauces instead of a cheese and a mustard for the pretzel bites. And my cauliflower wings were absolute mush.

It was cold as always from due to the unorganized takeout procedures the Eau claire location always has... no fault of eat street

I only got 3/4 of my order. It was 30 degrees outside, you couldn't knock? I'd like a refund for the food i paid for but didn't get.

The food and delivery were good, but it took two hours to arrive

Forgot an order of 10 boneless wings. They have horrible reviews. I haven't tried them in like over a year due to them forgetting an item on my last order. Maybe I'll get more luck in 2021...but it looks doubtful.

I received a text from Eatstreet that you canceled the order and would be crediting my charge card.

Wings weren?t even warm, don?t think that?s the drivers fault.
