Food was cold

Food was good, fries especially. Young man who made the good and brought it to the car was great. Super polite and best part of the experience.

Unfortunately there was no ranch on my wrap and they didn?t add the extra ranch I ordered on the side :/ Everyone else?s order was fine tho

Didn?t get tater tots I ordered

Food was great as always. Only issue was that we ordered a 6 piece mozzarella stick, that's what the receipt said, but in the bag it was only a 4 piece mozzarella stick. The issue wasn't noted until we got home so we didn't go back.

Missing both items

I ordered the steak wrap with no tots and no mushrooms. I can?t eat mushrooms and ordered a side of tots so didn?t need more in the wrap. When it arrived and had both mushrooms and tots in the wrap. I made sure to pay extra for added steak and added cheese, along with tomatoes and lettuce to compensate for the removal of the tots and mushrooms. The wrap didn?t arrive until after they closed so I couldn?t call for a replacement. I had to throw it away. Bummed I paid extra for a wrap I couldn?t eat. The tots were fine though.

Food is amazing, driver was nice. Every time I order it says 40-50 minutes, but is usually there in 20-30

Extremely late and cold. Reached out multiple times about canceling the order since it was more than double the expected time and got no help. Very disappointed.

Fast and funky fresh! So good! Had a BBW and the vindaloo as well as the Conrad bites and fried Mac and cheese. Best fried food I've ever had, and even though it was lunch at work, this would be the best "late night out" food available.
