The order got cancelled on me with little explanation.

They always cancel my order. Why send me a confirmation email and then 15 minutes later tell me that they?re not taking orders today? Figure it out.

Nobody would respond so I could order. EatStreet cancelled then I called and nobody answered

The order was incorrect. I was charged for a large French fry @ $5.49 that wasn't received. I did not have enough servings of fries for my family.

Food was good, if not particularly filling. But that may have been due to what I ordered. The Jambalaya was somewhat bland in my opinion, right up until I nearly choked on a chicken bone I wasn't expecting. And the popcorn shrimp was delicious, but the amount left me feeling unsatisfied.
