Pickle Barrell Subs - Asbury Rd.

I got food poisoning!! Only took 3 bites and knew it wasnt good. Mayo was no good!! What a waste! 2 Subs got thrown in the trash!!!!

Onions were on my child?s sub when ALL 4 subs show I ordered no onion, another sub did not have the cheese requested which was also shown on receipt correctly, and lastly my husbands did not have the sauce that was also requested and shown on receipt. The order was printed correctly, so for them to mess up on 3 out of 4 subs is completely unacceptable. All they had to do was literally read the order that was printed for them to do.

Restaurant didn?t acknowledge the order or answer the call from EatStreet to resolve being 30 min late.

The ordered was excepted then Eatstreet canceled the order. So we never got the order. The money was returned on the card.

Got the order wrong and then tried to blame the Ear Street driver when I called. The manager was rude and very unprofessional.

You allowed me to order from the restaurant only for them to not be accepting orders, only holding up funds for me to place another order.

Our order was cancelled. We didn?t get the food.

They make bad sandwiches.

Cancelled order due to not being able to reach restaurant? They had my order and hand delivered it to me an hour later. I find this very poor service for a new restaurant you are in business. They lost money because instead of making the effort you cancelled the order. They were open u til 9 and have a local number. I normally enjoy this service, but I was not impressed this time. Please fix this issue. Pickle barrell has their own delivery service so I would think they would like to expand it with you, but not if you aren?t putting in the effort. Thank you.
