I didn't receive any of my sauces I asked for on the side or my blue cheese dressing.

Good arrived 2.5 hours after order was placed. Was missing fries, they had to call me to figure out what sauce I wanted, made the wrong kind of wings (ordered boneless wings). Burger was cold, super salty.

It was cold and saggy and late .

After 45 min of waiting my order got canceled.

It was canceled by EatStreet or Buffalo wild wings

If I could give one star I would. Our order was placed with a 50 to 60 minute delivery wait time. 40 minutes later food was not even ACKNOWLEDGED by the restaurant. We were grateful Eatstreet promptly helped us cancel and order elsewhere.

Order was canceled after waiting almost an hour.

Not the restaurants fault but my food arrived almost an hour late and the food was soggy and cold. Very unappetizing.

They cancelled my order because they could not produce my food.

No other app had bdubs available to order at this time l. So I assumed they weren't taking order and your app just wasn't updated. I thought I might as well try anyway. A half an houe later after waiting the order was canceled as expectes. Update your restaurants.

I ordered beer battered onion rings on line and was called by the Eat Street driver who said they didn?t have any. I asked if they had sweet potato fries. She asked BWW and they would not answer her. So they subsituted regular fries which were HARD and COLD!! I never received a refund for the extra price I paid for onion rings. I own a business in Dubuque and would never do this to one of my customers. I have told many people about this already. Time to get your act in order BWW!!

The driver did nothing wrong, My order was "incomplete". The restaurant did not put sauce on half of my wings.

There was no buffalo sauce on my chicken but the food was okay. Just disappointed at no sauce.

My garlic Parmesan wings were bone dry, it a drop of sauce on them??unacceptable

Very poor, the cauliflower wings had so much seasoning on them they were disgusting and disappointing. Could only eat a couple and was super expensive.

The sauce on my wings were wrong - the food was soggy and gross, took the driver over 30 minutes to deliver - 4:19 on the way. Delivered at 4:53

Terrible food. Cold and looked like someone's leftovers when it arrived. Absolutely disgusted.

The food was cold and it wasn?t fresh.My nacho was all messy when I opened my box to eat.

Everything was good but not temperature controlled and they forgot the ranch sides for the wings which was a huge bummer.

The food was great. I ordered a drink and never received it.

Food was cold by the time it got here! Delivery time kept changing to longer after it was already out for delivery. Took over 20min and buffalo wild wings is less than 10min away!

Didn't receive any ceasar dressing for the salad or salsa for the chips and salsa for one of the wraps. Other then that everything was great.

Food was cold when I got it bc the drivers don't want to read drop off instructions and keep leaving it at the wrong house.

Food was disgusting, nothing EatStreet did they were very helpful but Buffalo Wild Wings you?re going down hill. Won?t be ordering again. Yuck.

Food was extremely cold send an email this morning and was offered a $10 coupon, I don't think $10 justifies buy $65 worth of food that was very cold and tasted like it's at in the cold for a half an hour.

We ordered 20 wings and only got 15. All 15 wings were Asian zing which is not a sauce we selected!! Not happy

First of all, our order was placed at 5:54 p.m. and we didn?t receive our order until 8:15 p.m.! OVER 2 HOURS LATER with no explanation or apology. We didn?t receive our full order AND the food was cold and soggy! NEVER AGAIN.

Everything was good, but we didn't get the boneless wings that came with the combo basket.

They messed up and forgot to put the Southwest Ranch in the Sampler. Also the sampler was a disaster. The food was all over the place

Driver picked up food at 10:35 and wasn?t delivered till 10:15. Ice cold food. Not happy spent $45 on cold food. Should be reimbursed family didn?t even eat half of it because it was cold.

The grilled tenders that I got were completely dried out. Not to mention, they were full of grizzle, and ice cold. They didn't give me the sauce that was suppose to go on them, and they forgot the 3 sides of ranch that I paid for.

Our order took 2 hours to be delivered and our food was cold. And the last time we ordered they canceled our order after waiting for over an hour.
