Thai Thai Restaurant

The food took an hour to be ready and not the 20-25 minutes that was stated on website. I went home and drove back to the restaurant due to the long wait time. Specifically requested no peanuts due to allergy, peanuts were added to meal. I had to drive to restaurant to replace order. This is always an issue when I order online.

Online site estimated 21-25 minutes for food to be ready. I arrived to the restaurant after 30 minutes and was told it would be an additional 5 minutes. Those 5 minutes quickly turned into 15 minutes. I arrived home and to my surprise the Pad Thai has peanuts. I specifically requested no peanuts given food allergy. I called the restaurant and the staff promptly fixed the issue, but I had to drive back to pick up the food. Needless to say, I finally was able to sit down and enjoy my food 1 hour after I ordered it. The restaurant staff didn't apologize for the long wait time nor for the incorrect order. No effort was made to make me want to order from this establishment again.

I was not happy with my order. The pad Thai was one big mush and no spice level was asked so my order had no flavor. My rice was a bit hard, so disappointed because I love Thai food

My food was ready when I picked it up. The staff there were really nice and the food was delicious! (also my experience when dining in). The only place I've found with fish cakes since Thai Star closed. It's my go to Thai now

My food wasn?t actually ready until 15 minutes after it said ?ready for pickup?. Food was good though, just had issues with the process apparently

Ordered at 7:13?. didn?t get our food till 8:24. Tracked the order and it showed it would be ready at 7:58 for pick up and at 8:06 it showed ready for pick up. Boyfriend went to pick up and was told it wasn?t ready yet

Food was AWESOME! We get food from here often. Tonight food was better than usual. (I don?t know how that is even possible because it is alway great.) Food ready on time. Service friendly. Order exactly right. Could t ask for more.

The Tom Kha was again fabulous as well as my favorite the Panang Curry. My wife loves the Green Curry. The flavor is excellent and worth the trip to go pick up the order. I was 1 of 5 waiting for our order and the restaurant at 4pm on Sunday was getting full...the word is getting around. This is our favorite Dallas area Thai restaurant so far!

This was the 2nd time I had food from Thai Thai and now I remember why I thought it was so good. Panang Curry was delicious and decently spicy, The flat noodle dishes were very tasty and had way more meat than just about any other restaurant I've eaten at. I think this will be my new go-to Thai restaurant.
