So good, worth the wait. Had no idea Lancaster had such an awesome sushi place. Kanji was closed and I am so happy it was or I would not have found this place. They do take a while to make your food but its worth the wait

The sushi, dumplings, and wonton soup were delicious!

Food was good as usual and hot.

No sauce with the chicken. I was supposed to pick it up in 15 minutes, got there 20 minutes later, and they hadn't even looked at the order, so had to stand there for 15 minutes while they fixed it. The Lancaster roll was put on top of the hot food and was horrible.

Original takeout order was incomplete and I had to drive across town to pick up the missing items. When they finalized the credit card billing they overcharged me $13 additional above the food and tip charges. The foot was average. Other takeout places in town are less expensive and the food is at least the same quality and taste with far better service.

I ordered my food online and it was not ready for almost 40 mins after the time it was supposed to be ready. Once I got to the restaurant, I asked them multiple times to check on my order and they did not do anything. After 30 mins of waiting at the restaurant they yelled back to the kitchen to have them START making my food. Mind you, I only got one entree. The service was terrible!

My goodness! How excellent! Crab Rangoon is the best that there is! I had the Mongolian and it was great as well.

Order was correct and the food was pretty good!

When we arrived Wild Ginger had never heard of us. We had the success email to prove we ordered & paid. It took 20 minutes for them to finally find out what we ordered & paid for.

Food ws excellent, hot and ready for pick up. Wil efinitely be back !

I love Wild Ginger because of the great food! The sushi is best in town. Their egg rolls are very yummy.

The food was delicious but my order time was changed from 6:36 to 7:16 which is a 40 minute difference and then I didn't even get my food until 7:20. I understand they were busy and I would have been able to understand maybe a 20 minute delay but 45 minutes seems a like a little much.

The food we received was good. My only complaint was there was an item missing in our order and I had to wait about 20 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready.

Order was not ready on time (35-40 minutes late) and it tasted like it had been sitting for a while.

Had to wait close to 30 plus minutes for food after I arrived. I don?t think they knew it was in their system until I told them twice. Food was ok.

I ordered online and added more than extra in the tip to account for asking for extra chicken in an order of chicken fried rice. They still asked for an extra $2.00 when arrived to pick up my order. Next time I won?t add a $6.00 tip when I order online and end up paying double the original fee just for extra meat.

I love the food from them, and will definitely order again, but it just didn?t seem very fresh and only got 3 green beans which seemed kinda cheap of them

Breading on red snapper took away the original flavor, Food was cold when it arrive at our home and we are not that far from the restaurant,

Didn?t get one of the items I ordered and got one wrong item. Was not impressed with the grill items - sesame chicken was overcooked. Sushi rolls are good.

We usually have no issues out of this place. It?s always so great but this time it was not! I arrived on time & our food was not warm at all. Our egg rolls were dripping grease sushi was overturned and all apart. Very disappointed ??

My family orders every week from Wild Ginger. It?s always hot, always correct, excellent food, and the staff know me on a first name basis. Love the restaurant and the people! I always tell my friends about how wonderful they are.

QUALITY! Exceptional preparation and taste. Order was correct and prompt. Best sushi and authentic Asian cuisine. Recommend to anyone who is looking for true Asian taste.

One of the orders wasn?t right. At $15 that was disappointing.

Unfortunately I can't give the food a high rating. The ingredients were fine but the sauce was very bland. I had the kung pao chicken and my wife had the pad Thai. Her sauce was also disappointing. :(

Sushi rolls we're delicious! My daughter is thrilled to have such a great source so close to home! Pot stickers were above average, egg roll good, Pad Thai below average. As you can see Rolls were the stars here! Plan to order many more, many varieties!

Our food was wonderful, but the online ordering experience was not good. Order was confirmed, but never submitted and made, so when I showed up at the scheduled time, the food had not been made. I was also surprised that no one even offered any apology.
