Mi Pueblo Two

I order huevos a la mexicana as soon as I open the package scrambled eggs, smell like rotten eggs and yet I ate them. Five minutes later ran to the bathroom instant diarrhea they were not even tasty rice no taste in that rice. I order some extra beans so I threw them all out of the garbage never again.

Mole sauce was delicious. Delivery was very prompt. I would order from them again!

Mi Pueblo Two promptly delivers consistently delicious and fresh food, which keeps us coming back. However, there?s almost always one ?anomaly? per order, a missing detail or ingredient. Sometimes it?s comical, almost as if they?re executing a Navajo blanket-making ritual of always incorporating a flaw into every blanket design. This time however, the carne asada con camarones came without camarones - no shrimp! The pechuga rellenos is supposed to be ?stuffed? with mushrooms, onions and spinach - their menu description, not mine - but of the four or five times we?ve ordered it, it?s only actually come with spinach once. No spinach included this time around, again. Either permanently change the menu description or please include the spinach! We recommend MPT to people, and as already mentioned, we?ve ordered from them frequently. Perhaps it?s time to take a break from them for a while. Thanks in advance for your attention to this.

Excellent! Our order was not and ready for pickup and was delicious and well packed.

Their food is consistently fresh and well-prepared, the best in the Rogers Park/Edgewater area. The cochinita filling was very deliciously spicy; we'll ask the restaurant if they offer a cochinita platillo! We were pleasantly surprised that, even on Cinco de Mayo, our order was delivered very promptly.

The alambres was deliciously smoky and cheesy (that?s a good ?cheesy?!); the garlic shrimp were tender and nicely garlicky. The empanadas are crunchy and flavorful, and we appreciate that this particular style seems unique to this restaurant. Mi Pueblo II serves reliably good food! Thank you.

Food was okay. The bill included service charges, delivery charges, and a 20% tip. These fees almost doubled the bill. I have not experienced anything like this at other restaurants.

The girl attending the front desk, very poor attitude, makes me feel like not coming back anymore.

Their food has been consistently fresh, delicious and well prepared, which is why we enjoy ordering from them. The presentation seems inconsistent: with some orders, we?ve received little-to-no ?salad? (when it?s described on the menu as being part of the dish). With this order, we received a nice amount of salad - - but then no salsas were included. Separate from the actual food, the driver for this order was inattentive and clueless, but at least he was basically on-time. We haven?t experienced any previous delivery issues with this restaurant.

The steak & shrimp dinner featured tender beef and good quality shrimp. The stuffed chicken dinner was also tender, delicious and well-prepared with a flavorful but not fiery chipotle sauce. The mixed ceviche is consistently fresh and delicious, and the pico de gallo comes very chopped and very spicy - - not like the ?average? pico de gallo, but that made it very flavorful and interesting! The salsas, rice, beans and tortillas were fresh and delicious as well. The overall portions are good, especially relative to the price per item, and the whole order was well made and promptly delivered!

Very tasty guacamole and Ensalada de Pollo!

This is our second order from this restaurant, and the food each time has been excellent and a good value for the money. The garlic shrimp was very garlicky and the shrimp wasn't stale or freezer-burnt; the ceviche mixta was very tangy and delicious, and like the shrimp dish, very fresh and not 'fishy'. The pollo dorada were quality pieces of chicken breast, pounded but still moist and tender, unlike the slightly dry or tough pounded chicken dishes at other restaurants. Will order from here again!

My favorite place for Mexican food, YUUUM!!! Everyone is friendly and helpful!

Food was not what I ordered & it was 35 minutes later than what was estimated on confirmation

Repeat customer, never a disappointment. Stays true to authentic tastes, not the oily heavy versions other places pass off as real Mexican. Fresh and hot, quick preparation always asks for what sauces you want to compliment your order. Excellent habanero sauce - heat without being too hot and an excellent flavor you can taste to boot. Come from Wheeling for the variety and the effort you see is put into every meal.

Did not follow special instructions/request on order to make food plain (despite having done so on previous orders).

I've eaten here several times all solid. My burrito was only 4 stars this time. Still recommend

Best Mexican restaurant in all of Roger's Park and Evanston.

The tacos were dry and the enchilada dinner was tasteless. The Tortas was prepared incorrectly.

Ordered online for pickup. Food was on time and delicious!

I ordered a large order for my floor at my work. It came on time and the driver was nice. The food was good. One problem I had was one of my staff had ordered a Cuban sandwich with eggs on it and there was a lot of egg shells in the egg. They need to be more careful when cracking their eggs. I also found it strange that they didn't staple a to-go menu to the order as I'm accustomed to that when ordering from other places.

Great food

The food was delicious. I would order from them again. However, there was a communication problem. I wanted them to add cilantro and onion in addition to the lettuce and tomato to my steak taco and instead I only got the cilantro and onion. I thought I worded it clearly. I said I ALSO wanted cilantro and onion in the comments. I guess I need to list everything that's all ready included when I want to add something.
