El Ranchito Gourmet Pizza

Ordered pepperoni pizza, waited over an hour past the latest estimated drop off. The pizza was ice cold and wasn?t even pepperoni, just plain cheese

Food was horrible.

1 hour late! Bo apology--just kept saying on the way. For 45 minute! Fried food cold and awful

The food was cold and was almost an hour late.

I placed order at 5:55 and order didn?t show up til 7:30 . The ETA was 6:44-6:55 for delivery. Once pizza was delivered, it was cold. Won?t order again. The price I pay for food and after, tip , fee , it should not be cold.

Very timely and friendly driver! But the food..I was extremely baked out of my mind and it was the worst takeout food I?ve ever eaten. Almost inedible. Cold, looked weeks old. I ate one of three things I ordered and tossed the other two, over $20 wasted cause it was that bad. Not sure if this was cause it was late or if it?s the takeout part of it, but wow, would never recommend to anyone under any circumstance. Sorry.

Terrible!!! The pizza was literally ice cold when it finally arrived 20 mins late! I would like a refund, some type of compensation for having to pay full price for a pizza late and cold when it got to me!! There was no communication, they sucked. Eat street: please do something for me before I quit and tell everyone else to avoid your app. Thank you. Very disappointing.

Didn?t get my food after waiting 2 hours

I ordered a pizza, salad, and piece of cake. I got a pizza and salad. Enjoy your free $3. The pizza was cold when it arrived and the salad was room temp. I don't think I'll be ordering from you again.
