Traditional tandoor is a barrel shaped clay oven used for baking breads, roasting lamb, chicken and seafood with charcoal at a temperature of 600 degrees (approximately). Tandoor food is low cholesterol and low fat, recommended for all. All tandoori food is served with salad.
