Excellent service! Food was hot and tasted great!

The food was excellent HOWEVER, I ordered it for pickup from the wrong location and immediately called the Commerance Street location and they called the WATER's location. When I picked up the food I was told the Commerance Street location cancelled the order and I paid for it. I have been charged twice!!

The restaurant called to say they couldn?t deliver my food. I asked to cancel my order and get a refund. They cancelled my Order but said only eatstreet could give me a refund. I?ve been emailing with customer support and gotten nowhere with a refund. The last time they emailed me they weren?t even talking about my order. Please refund my account.

Food was fresh and the falafels were freshly made, not frozen. The hummus was also delicious with the toasted pitas.

The lamb was phenomenal! I don?t get to Montgomery too often, but when I do, I?ll be back!

I ordered a delivery online for my food from this restaurant. When I ordered previously, my order took 2 hours getting here even though I live around 20 minutes away from the restaurant. Therefore, I waited about 3 hours before calling the restaurant and asking them about my food. Their response was that there was nobody to deliver the food today even though the tracker for my food said that they were on their way for the past 2 and a half hours. In the end, I had to go and get my food myself late at night even after paying the delivery cost. I would not recommend this restaurant solely because of the customer service.

Food was good, The chicken and rice tastes more like Indian food than Greek, Lebanese etc But it was good. It would be good if you add an Olive or two in the Greek salad.. The hummus was literally runny like they added water to it and really wasn't flavorful or creamy needs tahini...olive oil and an olive on top. But the food was good 1699 I got a decent size plate of food.

They did not make my gyro wrap the right way. There were onions on it and no cheese was added. The rice with my deluxe platter was not cooked right either. It was very mushy and did not have the same flavor as usual nor the same color. I was not happy with my plates at all.

This is the third time I?ve placed a pickup order and they hadn?t started making the food when I arrived. They do not check their EatStreet terminal. Please contact them about this.

Very good Greek Salad!

More frustrated with the app than with the restaurant. Specifically chose correct location at beginning of order process, only to find in the confirmation email that the order was sent to a different location. Don't use this app--call the restuarant directly.

The website said that they stop take out orders @ 2:30. The website accepted my order. When I showed up the were closed. Please stop accepting orders when the restaurant is closed.

Easy online ordering. Quick in-and-out when I picked it up. Very easy - and a great gyro.

I was very disappointed with my food this time. The crispy chicken on the gyro did not taste fresh and was almost to crispy. The food is usually very good but not so much this time.

NYC Gyro blamed eatstreat

Food was very good. I don't think even started mu order until I got there. Waited 15 minutes to get food, even though I arrived when EatStreet said the order would be ready. People who ordered after I got there had their order before me. Again great food, I just expected my order to be ready when I got there.

I always enjoy the food. It's absolutely amazing.

$10 delivery charge for being one block away then taxes of $9.73 then a tip of $10 we didn't get our drink delivered nor was there an offer to deliver... $20 in delivery paid out and poor service. the food was tasty and that's why there are 3 stars and you have no control over the taxes...

Eatstreet didn't even put in my order by the time I got to the place so it wasn't prepared yet, so I had to tell them my order, wait for it, and by the time they made it and I left they still hadn't put my order in. That was the first and last time I'll be using eatstreet

I placed an order for the first and last time with your service. My order was confirmed at 11:53pm with NYC Gyros. The delivery time was between 12:40-12:55am. I waited until 1:15 before calling the restaurant repeatedly only to receive no answer. I walked the block and a half from my hotel to the restaurant only to learn it was out for delivery. After return back to the hotel, the driver arrived at 1:30am with cold food with no apology. My order was incorrect- to say the least. Paid full price for an horrific experience.

The food was excellent. My gyro was overflowing with lamb. The staff was extremely nice during a busy lunch that had a conference in town. I?ll definitely eat here again.

Super tasty! Got the lamb and rice and a chicken gyro, both were outstanding. Lamb had a little kick to it but it was just right.

The food was great but I?m not exaggerating when I say that the staff literally did not say one word to me. It took them a few minutes to realize I was there.
