Mediterranean Grill - N Decatur Rd

The restaurant is one of my favorites. However the median used to order was less than desirable. They couldn't find my order.

Food was pretty good but the [free] baklava was missing from the order.

Food was good, but I didn?t get the free baklava that was supposed to come with my order of over $20. Very disappointing

The calamari was not fresh. We had a tummy ache and were nauseous all night.

We had a lot left over but the kids were super excited to have the leftovers the next night! That's a win in my eyes!

I had to wait over 30 minutes for my order to be completed and did not get the promised free baklava

The rice in the stuffed grape leaves was hard and not cooked

Our food was delivered early but we didn't get the free baklava that comes with our order.

The food was GREAT - ready as expected when I arrived. But I did not check the order - a free dessert (Baklava) was not included, which I had marked on the order form. a little disappointed, but the food was so tasty.

We order fro Med Grill every week, so how disappointing, that, despite being promised a 20-minute wait for pickup, it took an HOUR. Because they had obviously forgotten to prepare our order and tried to cover it. Then, we were missing about $8 worth of items, which we only realized when we got home. We called the restaurant, who told us they?d ?write it down for next time.? Like I trust that piece of shoddy customer service. If my kid didn?t live their chicken kabobs so much, I?d be done. There are plenty of Mediterranean restaurants in the area with as good or better food.

Consistently good

Took more than an hour, and 15-30 min past promised delivery time, to get it. They're about 5-7 min from my house, but I chose delivery to save myself some time with the craziness of our evening. By the time the food got to us, it was cold, and some of it was dry from just sitting there. It's good food in general, and I always look forward to it, but when it's cold and very late, that takes away a lot from the experience.

Med Grill is always great. The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is that the food was cold when it got to my house.

The driver forgot part of the order and the restaurant just gave us a ?credit for our next order.? Wouldn?t be so bad except it?s not the first time that it?s happened.

We always love Mediterranean Grill. Now matter what we get it's consistent and delicious. Fast service too!
