My mozzarella sticks were harder than a rock, and all of it was lukewarm. Not happy at all.

The food is good, but their prices are a joke. Love the burger but $12 for a burger that you have to pay additionally for cheese, tomato & lettuce?! Crazy. Fries not even included either. The lettuce was not even a full leaf, and I asked for ketchup mustard and mayo and didn't get a single one on my burger. Guess you have to pay for that too. My appetizer meal I had to pay extra for the sauce too, guess what, didn't get the one I paid for. That was cool.

We have ordered many times over several years, and have yet to have our order be made correctly more than once. It is always missing items or has incorrect substitutes. This last time was the final straw, completely wrong meal was given, and when called insisted that it was correct. Drove there to get the correct food and they gave food that was so burnt it was nearly inedible.

Burger way under cooked. Waffle fries, way over cooked

Very disappointed in our last order. Normally one of the best burgers in town, but this time all of our food was EXTREMELY overdone. The burgers were obviously burnt but they sent them out anyway. Normally I would ignore it and chock it up to a fluke, but there is no way that anyone could have looked at those burnt patties and thought they were alright to serve....they must have literally been on fire! Very disappointed. Anyone can make a mistake and burn something, but admit the mistake and make some new burgers for the order.

Missing items

I ordered 5 minutes before they closed, and they accepted the order and made sure to rush it to me. Everything was delightful! I so appreciate their helpfulness. Will be ordering again, when able.

I liked the hot wings but didn?t care for the jumbo mozzarella sticks. It was an egg roll wrap instead of breaded.

Lukewarm at best. Disappointed with the ?cheap? buns. $34.00 for 2 fish sandwiches was way overpriced. $3.50 EXTRA for 5 onion rings and some ?pieces. ?

I have eaten at Wooden Nickle before. Their food is top notch. When I got my food it was cold. For a seven dollar delivery charge the food should not be cold. what else can I say. I may use you again but not for a burger and fries.

Missing the fries

My experience with ordering from the delivery service was wonderful! Food order was delivered on time and I had mentioned it was my daughter's Birthday. The delivery person wished her a Happy Birthday, so thoughtful. The food was delicious and they were so happy with the surprise meal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
