The shakes were very watery

Pumpkin ice cream was terrible

My order was over half hour late, and by that time the lid was off of the container and half the contents was spilled all over the bag

It was pretty soupy

It would be great if they read the notes. I asked them to leave it by the side door. There's only 2 doors.

Dad enjoyed the treat-saying was so scrumptious.

Super upsetting experience. Ordered something to be delivered to someone else as a gift. First, the wait time was ridiculous; it said 70 minutes until it would be delivered. Then, two hours AFTER it was to be delivered, they informed me my order had to be cancelled. big disappointment.

Food never arrived

Still need a refund to my card. Ordered through eat street cancelled it said they would refund it. Then ordered through the drive through. Still haven't got the refund. Will edit review once I get my refund

Wrong order

Placed order to have delivered to someone else as a surprise. It arrived faster than the estimated time and everyone was happy.

The mint Oreo blizzard did not have the green coloring that is normally in it so we didn?t realize it had mint flavor until about 1/2 way through.

The food arrived on time. I ordered oreo cookie blizzard and for some reason they added cookie dough bites along with the oreo. Idk if they thought it would taste good or what but, i did not like it.

My ice cream was melted.

My blizzard was perfect! Lots of cookie dough and thick!

Took to long to get ice cream delivered

took like 2 and a half hours to get our cake.

Order is always spot on, delicious, and is delivered faster then expected!

The order and over all quality were excellent. Everything was still frozen! The wait time for what we ordered was longer than I believe it should have been.
