Delicious food as always! Fast and easy delivery

Decent flavor but I received the wrong choice of protein in my burrito.

Very good. The pozole is always good, though the broth could be richer. They have added birria to their menu, and the quesabirria taco was excellent.

Very good. The quesabirria tacos could have been a bit crispier; they got a little soggy in transport, but they were delicious.

Got order wrong and forgot a lot of food

Missing items and customer service was not helpfull and discounted the conversation for no good reason.

The posole was not quite as good as usual, the broth has changed. Still, overall, very good. The steak tacos were good, too. Too bad EatStreet can't follow delivery instructions.

Not very friendly at pick up, forgot to give us a whole quesadilla meal we ordered. One of our containers were smashed.

The food was good but the delivery person was awful in the transport of the food. The soup was spilled everywhere and the tacos looked like they were tossed all Over the box

Ordered the cheese dip, but didn't get any chips!! What the heck? Tacos were good, as always.

Did not omit certain ingredients as asked on two items. Had to fight hard to get a resolution with restaurant because eat street would not deal with the issue at all

Cold, food was over cooked, hard and dry. Physically hurt to eat.

The pozole came without radishes, the soup was not hot, only warm, was not spicy, had very little hominy in it. Not nearly as flavorful as it used to be. The tacos were also lukewarm, looked messy, as if racing to put them together. Overall, a disappointment this time.

Taco Salad came with guacamole which was not noted on the menu. Melted cheese and sour cream made the taco shell inedible.

Food was delicious BUT they left a bay leaf in our tacos. Thankfully we found it, or it could've been dangerous. We are chalking it up to a random mistake, and will definitely order from them again.

First time ordering from Chicken Grill. Food was amazing and we'll be getting more dishes from them going forward.

This has become our go to spot for Mexican food. Honestly never had a bad experience & the Queso is delicioussss.

We love you guys and eat there quite regularly this was the 2nd time we ordered delivery through eat street ot wasn't very good the first time and this time it was even worse it was horrible the big issue was our food was just swimming in water everything was so soggy except for the tacos and they were really dry I think the problem is your Togo containers don't let any steam out so everything just gets super wet and soggy, the corn tortillas seemed raw also everything was crushed the containers with the chimichangas were smashed flat we were very disappointed it was horrible we couldn't eat it $75 down the drain we will never order togo from there again. Everything is always good when we dine-in though

I LOVE the pozole at Chicken Palace, but today it was not great. There was a huge bone in it, and the broth didn't have that rich, long-cooked flavor. The accompaniments were poorly packaged and bagged in a way that broke the lid, so I got a plastic bag full of soup. Really disappointing.

The burrito verde was excellent as always. My order was missing 2 mangonadas and a an agua de fruta. Very disappointing.

They forgot my entire order of corn in the cup. Everything was great and tasted amazing like always but I paid 4.25 and received nothing. Only thing I ask for is my money back. Pretty disappointed.

I ordered steak carnitas and the steak was mostly all gristle. It had a good flavor, but again the meat was mostly not edible.

Terrible. We were super excited to try something new. Our order was made very very sloppy as well as incorrect. The delivery bag was dripping wet and the food was a mess and just really poorly made. We tried to just be cool about it and eat it anyways but it was so bland and tasted wet and just down right nasty. I give negative 10 stars big time. For the way way way to pricey food it was a worse than terrible experience and instead of recommending. I'd highly highly suggest 5 other restaurants that are way better. We will NEVER waste our money on chicken grill NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!! We are still waiting for our refund! Very sincerly, Horribly dissatisfied customers!

I was very disappointed with the quality of food from there. Not sure exactly how it happened but the food managed to be soggy yet dry at the same time, it was cold and the specifics placed with the order were ignored. I generally don't have any issues ordering from here but this time was very different

App informed me that my order was completed at 5pm. My husband came in to pick up order and was repeatedly ignored. It wasn't until I vame in and asked about my order that it finally started being made. My order was ready 35 min after the app said it would be. I am also deathly allergic to cucumber. There were pieces of cucumber in my order and I suffered severe medical distress because of this. Will probably not order from this rest again. Food was dry and kind of disgusting.
