Chicago Grill

The food was decent. The hummus was very smooth, creamy, and delicious. I'm not a fan of baba ganoush, but it was OK. The grape leaves were very good. The gyro sandwich was missing the tzatziki sauce, which is supposed to come with it, and I paid additional for an extra side of it. The gyro meat was good, better than Josef's, but I would have liked some feta cheese somewhere, at least on the salad. No where to be found. The order arrived VERY LATE. It was not picked up by the driver until more than one hour after I placed the order. The driver was not even apologetic.

Chicago Grill continues to impress us order after order! It amazes me that that their quality and attention to detail is always spot on and never fails. Two of our favorites....Navy Pier, Gyros platter, stuffed grape leaves, Chicago Dog. Oops that's more than two....well everything is good, but, I don't eat falafel so I can't comment on that.

Very good food. Their hummus is excellent. The chicken shawarna was a bit dry, but otherwise tasty. Highly recommend this place.

For a $16.64 Gyro plate, the ?double order? of lamb was very small. Like smaller then most places single order gyro sandwich?s.

The food was OK, but it took so long to get here it wasn't very hot.

The food is excellent as it always has been but the cost difference between going into the restaurant myself and picking up to go versus ordering online for delivery make it an unappealing choice when looking to stay safe this holiday season.

Love the food just didn?t like that I had to go and pick up my own food when I paid almost $10 extra for my food. It was annoying a little. And on top of that with me being completely unaware that I had to go and get it. It was cold and gross.

Food was cold when I got it, and the driver set my bag sideways on the porch so my food was smeared all over the box/bag

this is the 2nd time in a row that the order was incorrect, the food was fine but it would be nice to get what was ordered.

Falafels and chicken fingers were overcooked and dry, the fries were tasteless, and both sandwiches were soggy. Nothing was even close to being warm, it was cold. We order based on the reviews and were extremely disappointed.

Great food and fresh daily! Too expensive for a single pizza puff, other than that awesome food and service!

Chicago Grill is our favorite restaurant. This being said, our order was really late and there was no compensation.

Our new favorite local food joint. Excellent food and superior service plus the price is very reasonable. They take the time to label the orders as well so you know who has what.

I did not realize they moved from Ballard, as I assumed they closed. But glad I found them! Service and delivery were faster than estimated. Food was hot and delicious. Man I missed their food.

This has nothing to do with Chicago Grill. This has to do with the fact that we received someone else?s order. We didn?t get the food we ordered.

Food took over an hr to deliver. Was cold and driver didn?t show up for an and 22 mins! Store didn?t apologize. Paid 18.09 for a crappy ass service and cold ass food :( such a disappointment!

Arrived to the store when my order said it was ready. When I got to the store I had to stand there 40 minutes because they hadn?t even started cooking it. To top it off once I was home realized half of my order wasn?t even inside of the bag. Probably won?t be going back.

Food was DELICIOUS and arrived hot. My only minor complaint is part of the hot dog bun was soggy, but...that's to be expected when warm food is being packed in a styrofoam container.
