Order never went through and when support and the driver stepped in the order was wrong and missing stuff

The past 2 times I've ordered BWW through Eat Street, the order hasn't gone through to their system, so when the driver arrives to pick it up, there's nothing there. They have to call me and I have to re-tell them the order and then they make it, so it ends up being way longer and more difficult. I might start using Uber Eats instead now.

The wings and fries I ordered were unfortunately cold by the time they got to me. I've ordered wings from other places through EatStreet and they were hot, so not sure what the issue was this time.

Delivery took half hour. By the time the chicken wings got to me, the wings were already getting cold.

Disappointed in the accuracy of the order AGAIN. Every time we order Buffalo Wild Wings, our order of Hatch Queso is incorrect. We select Hatch Queso with Chili added and no pico. The last 6-8 times, it came without chili and 50% of the time it came with pico. It is very clear on the Eatstreet app, what we are requesting. However, it happens every time. We keep saying we'll give it one more time. One of these days, we are going to give up on it.

Delivery was an hour late and the food was cold and inedible.

Awful. The sauce for the wings was not what it should be. They were ongodly spicy for what we ordered. Super small portion of fries for almost $5!! No salsa with our chips and out of salad which i wasn't notified of so I could have chose something else.

Couldn?t finish. Spent $20 for 10 pieces of rubbery, over salted chicken that was barely covered in sauce. The celery was gross. The only positive thing I can say was the carrots were good. The EatStreet service was great.

The burger was charred and all of the food was cold.

All of the orders were wrong! No sides for 3 of the meals, the boneless wing order was supposed to include 3 sauces and it included 2 and they were traditional. One of the childrens orders had no sauce. Just completely wrong!

I ordered chicken strips, fries, and extra buffalo sauce. I got NO sauce at all. I ended up having to drive to BWW and get the sauce, which not only defeats the purpose of having it delivered, but in the time that it took to go get the sauce, my food was cold by the time I got back. Bummer.

I order from them often. I love BWW and Eat street but this time I got the wrong order. Not even close to my order and Eat Street makes it almost impossible to lodge a complaint or correct the error.
