Excellent food!

Been a fairly regular customer since they opened. Food always good. The wait times however are a total crapshoot. Every order for takeout promises 20 mins. Frequently more than twice that long. Discouraging.

Food was good. Last few visits here have been slower than expected and seem to meaningfully exceed estimates provided when order placed. Hope this will improve. Hope does not often help.

Zamann hands down is the best falafel and chicken Shawarma in the Ann Arbor area. Additionally, I strongly recommend ordering a large hummus and pita if one has family for snack. Great eats!!

I ordered online via EatStreet and went there to pick it up after 30 mins. They didn?t even notice the order till I showed up and started preparing my order after! It took another 20 mins to get the order!

Eatstreet didn?t process the order correctly so we were charged for food we didn?t receive, and Eatstreet collected money on an order they messed up.

The food was eh. Not horrible but not great. They forgot an entire meal from our order. I immediately called and the guy answers the phone ?we?re too busy to take orders? not even a hello before. I explain what happened and he says they don?t have time to deliver, but I can come pick up. I paid for delivery and needed delivery for a reason. I couldn?t leave and pick up or I would have never paid for the delivery. He said they couldn?t refund either. I had to spend time to contact EatStreet. The listing also stated it came with hummus. When I said it was also missing, he said I never ordered that and his attitude got worse. Overall, the guy was extremely rude.
