Firehouse Subs - Ames

Took an hour to get my food

Food was good, wrong size sub was made.

I ordered this on Sunday. You texted me it was canceled. Then it ended up coming on Monday.

Food was delivered promptly and was hot

Toppings didn't match what I ordered, there were 3 things on the sandwich that I didn't put on it when ordering.

I ordered sandwiches and chips for a class I'm conducting. I was charged for the chips but did not receive them.

The food was hot after delivery and very tasty.

Received the wrong sandwich, then they brought me the correct sandwich in the wrong size!

Food tasted good but it was cold and soggy by the time it reached me. Salad was not great, didn?t care for the veg, peppercorn ranch was good.

Again wrong order. Ordered pastrami got cornceef and not extra meat ..haha I tried again.. delivery guy was fast and perfect..food ..bo

Order was wrong ......took 20 minutes longer than originally stated when we ordered

They got my order wrong.

Multiple items in my order were prepared wrong, and a couple items I ordered were not included in the order at all. I have not had good experiences from Firehouse the last few times I have ordered from the restaurant, and that is terribly disappointing because I believe Firehouse has the best subs in town.

I enjoy firehouse subs, but your driver sucks. The food was ready and I waited for 45 min, it was cold when I got it and service rep said he could only give a 9 dollar coupon even though I paid close to 25 dollars for a meal I could not even eat, will not be recommending your service.

It was very good but not very hot and a little soggy. There was a 45min time period between the food being picked up and it actually being delivered.

We both got sick.

Food was great! Will definitely order again!

The driver forgot the drinks.

I ordered a sub to be delivered Friday around 1pm. I the. Checked my status at 1:45 and my order had been cancelled. It said Firehouse was closed on the app. I don?t know whose fault it was but it was completely irritating that I then had to go in and order from somewhere else. And then wait another 45 minutes.

Again waited a month ordered my favorite no extra pickle not even one pickle spear ..no extra meat..I asked for extra provolone cheese no cheese very little mustard...again 30 dollars no delivery free but for a sandwich not the way I only ordered and a bag of chips.... horrible that was there last chance ..

Food was great. Delivery took close to a hour to deliver it to me

The staff was friendly and helpful. The good was made just how I ask them to make it. It was hot fresh and ready on time. I will go back again. If you haven't tryed there subs yet you really need to. The subs are way better than subways and more meat.

I ordered my sandwich with extra cheese extra meat and no onions or peppers and onions and peppers were the only thing extra and considering I am allergic to onions and peppers I had a really bad anniversary night

For $13.00 and a 4in. Sub I thought was a bit high and not very filling !

Bread was soggy.

Part of the order was missing, and the staff at Firehouse was not at all helpful when informed of this despite admitting fault when addressed.

Was very easy to order and food was hot but not ready when arriving at restaurant even though app said that it was. Still only waited 5 minutes for everything to be ready so a good experience overall

While the food was good, our order was not correct. It was a group order with 5 different people ordering. 3 of the 5 did not get chips or pickles with their order (both of which they ordered) and the person who got a salad received the wrong one.

Food was great took over an hour to get when the store was only 6 min away

Food was mostly cold by the time it got here. I love eating Firehouse but I'll probably never do delivery again.

The delivery was 30 mins late which I understand happens and the app was updated to reflect the new time. The problem was the food was cold when it arrived. Driver was nice, but it sucks spending that amount of money and being disappointed

Food was COLD! Not Firehouses problem. Took too long for Eatstreet to deliver!
