Aldo's New York Style Pizzeria - Rio Rancho

The food and service from Aldo's was great, except that EatStreet screwed up the order and had the restaurant prepared one of the three pizzas incorrectly.

Great pizza every time. We?ve been ordering from Aldo?s for years.

Apparently the delivery service that their website defaults to does not communicate with the store system. I had to call the store after our order was 20 minutes late in delivery. The girl on the phone was argumentative and insisted they don't even deliver. Someone else got on and explained that the order never came through and the driver showed up.to get it they had no order.. He told me they threw the pizzas together In a rush. In doing so they messed up one and we were charged for topping we did not get. At that point we were over it. Probably won't order again with this kind of ineptitude.

The staff was friendly, the pizza is great, but the online ordering needs work. If you need to order ahead, skip the online system and call them.

Food was delicious, as usual, but we did not get what we paid for. We paid almost $10 more for a pizza with pepperoni and half black olives, but got a pizza with just half pepperoni. This was not Aldos fault, the receipt they gave me had just half pepperoni and I didn't notice until I got home. Might want to look into that, I'll be calling my order in next time.

The food is good, I?ve just never seen prices like this. It was $100 for a pizza, wings, sandwich and zucchini sticks. Delivery was $7 not including tip. I fully understand inflation it you have to understand this is literally almost twice what you should pay for that meal.

When we arrived the open sign was not on the restaurant lights were dim making it look like it was closed. The pizza not ready at the 40 minute wait time. Waited an additional 15-20 minutes. The pizza was literally slopped together. The slices were not cut all the way down. I never thought there would be a thing as too much cheese on a pizza but this was the case. It was so cheese heavy the grease from it made the crust soggy and caused the near 1/2 inch layer of cheese to slide off when picking it up. Made the whole family wish we got Dion?s. Will not return.

Well the pizza was good but the Sicilian pizza was someone elses, it had artichokes instead of Italian sausage & green chili?? so that was a disappointment.

Pizza was good but it took 45 minutes longer than the website said to get it. Workers were disorganized and didn?t start the pizza until I arrived at the stated time.

Aldos was good as usual. The issue is the online experience with EatStreets communication with Aldos. We picked up our party pizza Eatstreet shows the correct order, tip and price. Aldos receipts was missing some of our toppings, tip and showed a different price. I showed Aldos staff my online order. The staff was unaware and apologized. They tried to make it right by giving us a side of pepperonis to add to the pizza which is crazy. I appreciate the attempt to correct the issue. However, will not order online again.

I ordered the pie to be ready at 5PM Picked it up at that time Pizza was warm almost to cold

Totally bad. Hardly ay sauce or toppings. Also left off one of my items that I paid for.

An hour late in delivery. Pizza was Luke warm at best. Nothing but attitude when I called about it and nothing was done about it

They are not well managed. Great pizza, however no organization which causes the whole experience to be ruined. They had at least 10-13 employees and we're all over the place! Take a deep breath, set each employee in their designated areas and communicate with each other!

Pizza was good, fresh. Wasn?t worth $33 though. Not sure the price of a large Hawaiian pizza should be that much. Delivery was late.

I'm not sure what the issue was, but eat street did not register the order in the system. I was given the wrong order, then it was scrambling and catching up from. Aldos is still the spot, I'm just going to call in my order next time.

I order from Aldo?s a lot this is the first time our pizza was just not good. I unchecked the box to leave at my door so they?d know not to just leave it, It arrived they never rang the bell to let us know it was delivered, I happened to look outside and it was sitting at the door. It was super cold, the large pizza was thin and burnt on one side and thick on the other, the inner part was hard. Looked it was sitting at the restaurant and was just reheated. I was very disappointed.

It took way too long. Could of easily have siad they were running 20 -30minutes late on the order etc. By the time I got there walkins were being told 45-1hour. The food wasnt worth the wait!

I was so disappointed! The lasagna was like a big bowl of soup. Looked like a flat enchilada and not layered like it should be. I ordered a chef small chef salad and recieved lettuce with 2 chunks of tomato and 2 of cucumber so old that it was frozen. The Italian and pepper hero was so dry I couldn't even eat it and it had marinara on it. The chocolate cake?? this is the 2and time this has happened to me when I have ordered from there. I will not order from there again. I miss Venezia's. They say it's still the same family different name. I DON'T THINK SO!!

Great food first time ordering from you

I didn't get my order i waited an hour and when I got there to pick it up. ...no pizza. I was told my order was never made, even though I got email confirmation. The front counter girl was nice enough to offer it to be made right then, but why wait any longer. I was offered an $8 coupon to make up for it. Gee, thanks.

I arrived exactly at the time sent to me by eatstreet. My pizza was cold and the garlic bread was overdone, but still cold and soggy. I believe I'm done with Aldo's and eatstreet.

Very disappointed we ordered it and got all the way there and they cancelled the order and gave some lame excuse. Very upset about this aldos lost my business. We were all hungry and didn?t get our order

Great pizza great food. But waited over 2 hours for our food. It would if been much better, fresh, hot... it was good cold. But for waiting that long. I expected fresh.

We will NEVER order from Aldo's again. My wife and I have ordered a number of times (delivery) and is NEVER complete or accurate. Terrible customer service. Extraordinarily long delivery times... culminating in a large NYE order that simply never arrived. (I wish I could say this was a one time event... but, no... this was the second time food has simply not arrived. They never answer the phone and, when they do, they are rude and unhelpful. I have even been hung up on several times. Sloppy, rude & late (or never). I would be embarrassed if it were my restaurant....

I have never been disappointed at Aldos! I moved to Rio Rancho 2 years ago, and every time I order a meal, I am satisfied. Weather I get a sub, a slice or a party pizza.......I just have to decide which one to get! My husband usually orders something to eat for lunch the next day, so we have decided to all do this when we are getting Aldos! The staff is always wonderful to us too, and we have never had a bad order. I think we get Aldos 2-3 times a month.

They were short staffed so I had to go in instead of getting curbside. They forgot one of my salads so I had to go back to the restaurant after I had gotten home. I ordered an item that was on the menu online but they have not made it in 3 months! I have never eaten here before or used EatStreet and was not really happy with either. The food was good but not impressed with the site, or the customer service at the restaurant. I was 20 minutes late to pickup and the order was not even packed up.

Here?s an idea...one person taking call in orders. One person taking the ?fax? Orders from eatstreet. On person manning the register for walk ins. One person handing out the orders. This place was a complete cluster fuck! Every. Single. Person who walked in after me also had something wrong with their order too. Or had to wait 15-30 min past stated pick up time to get their food. This isn?t rocket surgery people!

Food was good like always only reason this wasn't five stars this time is only because it wasn't in the square cuts I usually like. Besides that the food was really good.

They, lost our order and never delivered it. When I called to see what was going on the employee who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I will not be ordering from this location again.

First time ordering, was craving pasta and was not disappointed will definitely order again!
