Rusty's on 2nd Ave

I ordered online a special under the terms it had to be paid for in cash. When checking out, there wasn't any option to cash out online with cash and pay in store. On my way to the store they added a charge on for the difference, which ended up being more than if I ordered it without a special. I told the person behind the counter, they didn't seem to care, said they know it, so its kind of a bait and switch situation. Also, I had ordered mozzarella sticks, the marinara was extremely watery , like they were running out and watered it down to get more. I had really liked this place in the past and had recommended it to friends, but it has gone way downhill since last year.

Best pizza I?ve had in a long time. I?m glad I took a chance and ordered from Rusty?s.

Wow. These guys totally didn't even see my order. So now my already bad commute home was made TERRIBLE as I sit here and wait for them to put my order together. What a waste of time using online ordering if they don't even see your order! Pathetic.

I don't know what happened. I love the pizza at Rusty's, but today we ordered a cheese pizza and it was horrible. There was hardly any cheese and there was three inches of crust all the way around that had no cheese or sauce. WHAT'S UP WITH THAT? I know enough not to order any pasta dishes as there is hardly any sauce...dry pasta!!! But the pizza has always been excellent. Hugely disappointed!

Ordinarily we are very pleased when we order from Rusty's. This time, however, we had ordered onion rings on two of the orders and did not receive them. Also the chicken bacon ranch wraps that we ordered seemed very light on both the bacon and any kind of ranch dressing or flavoring. Overall we were a bit disappointed.

Food is always hot and fresh and always made the exact way its asked to be made.
