Joe's Pizza

They lost our order ticket and we had to wait a longer time to get our pizza. We typically have a good experience here but we call it in.

Food was great as usual.

Food was cold.

Pizza was great. My issue is with the website. The prices are 3 dollars more on website vs in store.

The pizza was good but they got the order wrong. The sausage was left off the pizza.

I ordered half cheese for my kids and the other half full of stuff I liked. The pizza came with ALL THE STUFF I LIKED. Needless to say, kiddos didn?t eat. The delivery- I had to help them find me. The pizza was okay, just not the top ten. The cheese bread- it?s just a sliced french bread with mozzarella cheese on it, it was not melted thoroughly so it was thick cheese on bread. All in all not the best experience here.

Always great pizza great service family run they care about their business they care about their customers and it shows in the product comes out the front door.

Ordered at 5:20 and our pizzas didn?t arrive until 8:05.

Great NYC style pizza. Giant slices that taste great. Haven't had a bad slice. Y'all had me at, "real pizza oven."

Really should be 0 stars. Waited almost 1 1/2 hours. Driver sat in my driveway for almost 5 5minutes so I finally went out to get the food from him. First he gave me the wrong order then the correct one. Ordered 2 pizzas which were past "well done" and extremely dry. Couldn't eat it all. One was supposed to be black olive & mushroom on the whole pizza. It had black olives on the whole thing but only 4-5 mushrooms on thee whole pizza so most pieces didn't have any. Ordered 2 salads. One was perfect, the other was about half the size.

Wish ths pizza had been cooked a little longer. Was slightly soggy. And would have been better if the ricotta on the lasagna pizza was more evenly distributed.

Ordered at 6:30 and didnt get pizza till 8:30. Delivery adised to be around 7:30 by email/app.

I am from New York so I was excited to get authentic NY pizza - but our pie was a little dry so I was somewhat disappointed

Cold. Also was 40 minutes later than the hour time given. Delivery is a joke.

Pizza had wrong toppings on it.

Food was awful, had mold on dessert, first pizza had no toppings and both tasted like cardboard. Took over an hour and 40 minutes for food. Just terrible.

Order was incorrect. Unfortunately I did not realize until I got home. Sausage was left off my pizza. I live about 15 minutes away and it wasn't worth the drive back. Since I wanted a sausage and pepper pizza, this was the main topping. I did enjoy the pepperoni roll.

I got there and they asked the name for the order so I told them. They then proceeded to walk around aimlessly for 5 minutes. The taste of the pizza was pretty good but it was room temperature when I picked it up and the crust was already pretty hard. Probably won?t be ordering from here again.

I ordered pizza at 7 pm and didn't arrive until 2+ hours later, cold. I called twice and the only thing they offered was to take off $12. I spent almost $60 with tip on that meal to eat cold pizza and wings.

We only received toppings on 1/2 of our pizza. Definitely order for the whole pizza to have toppings...

I placed my order at 5:30pm. My order was estimated to be delivered from 6:15pm - 6:30pm. At 6:57pm I called Joe?s to check on my order since eatstreet said at 6:19pm that my order was out for delivery. I live 5 min from Joe?s. The girl said there was a mix up and my order was ready and will be delivered ASAP. My food was delivered at 7:40pm. Not only did it take 2 hours to get here, the food was barely warm. Ruined my evening.

Pizza was good but too thin of a crust for me. I will have to try the thicker crust next time.

Food took 1.5 hours when it said 35 mins. The food was clearly heated up and not good at all. Joe's is normally excellent so this is clearly a one off but still, was not good.

The estimated time for delievery when i placed my order at 6:13 was 7 to 7:15. The tracker said it left the restaurant at 7:12 and at 7:40 I called the restaurant to see where our pizza was the guy arguing with me when I actually placed the order. Horrible service and the pizza was cold.

The pizza was good, but it took 2 hours to get.

We ordered our food and was told it would be ready at a certain time. Went up and had to wait 20 minutes longer then when we were told it would be ready. When the food did come out, they had forgotten part of it and I had to wait another 10+ minutes for it. The food was ok (we did not get pizza) but the service was average at best.

Took over 2 hours...nowhere close to the updates you give through your website...never again.

The pizza is solid, nothing fancy, but very good. It's not as thin as you might expect from a place that claims to be New York style pizza.

After having your wings and Stromboli I was really looking forward to trying a pizza which as you know by this e-mail I did - I was frankly un-impressed - It didn't have near enough sauce or cheese - to have authentic taste you have to sprinkle corn meal lightly in the oven - it was soggy also - Brothers Pizza in The Woodlands Texas still has my rating as the best in Texas and they can't match a New York pie in my opinion - and it's just MY opinion of course - I'll continue to buy your wings and will try your entrees - additionally I thought the price was reasonable and on both occasions that I've ordered there the order has been ready when promised and the staff has been friendly and efficient -

I'm from about 30 miles from Buffalo and your wings were very authentic - best I've had in 10 years in Texas - several thumps up - can't wait to try your pizza !!!

Food was not ready on time. But the bigger issue was that the places smelled terrible and that no employee would let me pay while I was waiting for my order.

Part of my order was not correct. The food was good. Joe's corrected the problem.
