Saturday Only Beef Brisket Plate Smoked beef brisket is back on Saturdays! Smoked 10 hours. We slice across out full briskets to mix the flat and the point and give a moise cut every time.

One Pound Spareribs St. Louis cut spareribs. Seasoned and smoked 4-5 hours. Served with Pine Shed Ribs barbecue sauce. (1 lb of ribs is typically half a rack or 5-6 ribs. This number will fluctuate with the size of the ribs.)
Housemade Smoked Bacon House cured and smoked bacon. Sliced and available by the pound.
