No salsa for tacos & no plastic utensils for rice & beans. This place used to be better

Enchiladas and rice were tasty, there weren't many beans in the refried beans

I entered the wrong address and told my driver that it was okay if he needed to cancel the order. When he did, the website did not update for over an hour while I waited to see updates about my food. When I finally contacted support, they then cancelled my order and refunded me...

The food was great as usual and delivered very quickly, but I didn't receive one of the items (chips and guac) that I ordred and paid for. I used the EatStreet app to alert you about this, but received no response. I want a refund for that item.

Fast delivery on a cold and sleety night from a restaurant that is not especially nearby. Five stars to the delivery driver! Thank you for the excellent service.

I got sent the completely wrong meal

The totillas but the rest of the good was mediocre. Part of the meal had spilled out of the container into the carry bag.

Usually they've accommodated dietary restrictions, asking to leave out cheese and sour cream due to an allergy. It was covered in it this time, so I couldn't eat it. Eatstreet wouldn't refund.

The food was good. It was cold because it took over an hour to get here when est. Time was 20 minutes. Your fees are ridiculous.

Just not up to the standards from when we first ate there several years ago. The meat in our entrees was dry and barely seasoned. Just not very appetizing altogether.

I lived in Madison and knew how good this food was. But that was 10 years ago. Well, it?s still authentic, flavorful and very enjoyable. Nothing to compare to the average Mexican restaurant. Having been in Mexico City, Yucat?n and in the Pacific coast of Mexico, I?d say this is the closest you can get in Madison of the ?real deal.?

Food was awesome but the Coca Cola was not included in delivery. Since that is $6+ it kinda hurt.

The chicken was not good, and the tacos had no sour cream. This is a pattern of late, I am going to stop ordering.

Best tacos in a Madison!!!

There was barely any sour cream on the tacos even though we paid extra for it. And then they shorted us a taco. When I called the restaurant to ask for a refund of the taco, the person who answered seemed very confused and was telling me that my order was either wrong or didn?t exist. After going back and forth trying to help them understand, I just gave up and contacted ES for a refund instead.

I had one of the burritos. Quality was fresh, though the steak was kind of tough. Also they could have sent extra hot sauce

Food was delicious but I received green enchiladas and not mole enchiladas.

The entree was cold - the cheese was hard. So disappointed, I have been so happy with TG. I'll try again, your offer to give me $3.00 dollars is ridiculous.

Great burritos, a consistently good go-to option.

My order wasn't complete and when I call them at night they said they going to close in few minutes, I'm very disappointed, and one of the dishes wasn't that good ($15.00 for one dish) and very small portion for I was paying for.

Love LOVE the avocado burrito and guac ..really awesome to have a mexican place that does vegetarian so well!

As always, really delicious food. They did get one piece of the order incorrect (cheese enchiladas mole came as cheese enchiladas verde). All special requests (double rice instead of beans) were correct. Overall, very pleased with the experience.
