Fantastic!

A little disappointed this time around. Have eaten there and done takeout many times. Prices are up, which is everywhere, but portions seemed much smaller. Also, despite asking specifically for the restaurant to include basil, bean sprouts and jalapenos, there was no basil provided. What we got was good, but three bowls of chicken soup for $60 and no basil seemed a bit much. Might rethink the next order.

The food was delicious, five stars, but it arrived lukewarm at best. The "will be delivered" status was stuck on 1 minute for close to 10 minutes -- order tracking is a joke!

Always excellent, this time the only issue, which was a first after many years, we ordered 4 spring rolls (veggie, not fried). 3 of them had burst open when we received them. This has never been the case, perhaps someone new made them? They were still good, but messy to eat as they were open instead of wrapped up like usual. Other than that fantastic!

Dry cold. They ok too long again. Very disappointing

Food was delicious but I got the wrong meal. It also took almost 1.5 hours for it to get here.

Saigon is one of our favorite restaurants. Varied menu, everything delicious. My friend and I have lunch there once a week. Occasionally she needs to stay at home, so we order takout. The food was ready on time and hot and just as good as when served in the restaurant.

Delicious and not short of condiments!

Some of the vegetables were brown and wilted. Also paid nesrly $10 for a smoothie that never arrived. Prices way too high. Switch to doordash.

The food arrived an hour after it left the restaurant and it was cold.

Good as always. I wish they would put more of a description in the menu choices. I had no idea what the desert was that I ordered and it was very different than I expected

I asked for egg noodles but they gave me rice noodles. The pho wasn?t as flavorful like it has been in the past. Not impressed.

Saigon Noodles is one of my go-to places for comfort food. I love their pho - it?s so rich and flavorful. I crave it a lot?even in hot weather!

Not delivered!

I placed my food order at around 4:20pm and went to the store to pick-up at 5:30pm. I was told by the store that my order just came through their system and I would need to wait another 45 minutes for the food or work with Eat Street to cancel and get my refund. They also said I should just call in the next time since they have been getting orders late from Eat Street. I left and called back after 45 minutes, and was told by the store that someone already picked up my order for delivery, which wasn?t correct since it was a take-out order. I was so frustrated. After several explanation sand speaking with two different people, they finally found my order and said that it was ready for pick up. By the time I got my food, everything was cold.

I didn't receive it but got an e-mail that they are not open so I ordered with Grub hub instead.
