Excellent food

salad did not seem fresh chicken was tough shrimp was good veggies over cooked

Not only was I not what I expected but.. the food I did get was awful. The smell was off putting and the taste was awful. I ended up tossing everything. I was pretty bummed because I usually love the food from here?

Wrong order assholes

We had a bad experience with Eat Street but UMI was terrific and replaced the lost meal and it was delicious,

Food wasn?t the freshest tasting usually is though.

Gyoza was pretty burnt, but sushi rolls and salad was great.

My filet mignon tasted funny, like liver?. It was tender but it did not taste like beef

Food is always delish!

Order was very fast, all correct, all the sauces and chopsticks and napkins included, and carefully packed in a nice bag so it didn't spill or get wet from the rain. And Umi food is always delicious. Great experience.

Umi is an awesome restaurant. My only suggestion would be to enable customers to place orders in advance, before the restaurant is open.

Good food. The only things may be a bit trivial. Sauce was leaking and the calamari was soaked in grease.

My order was wrong & not good.

Everything about eat street is terrible. From the customer service to lying to you twice saying your order will be there in 10 minutes. To an app never updating the time. No more text messages. Worst fucking experience. I?ve deleted the app and this terrible service. We?ve used in weekly for over 2 years. It?s sucks and so does the service.

They missed putting in the streak on one of our meals. Also, they took way too long to prepare the meal.

The wrong sushi roll was provided in my order and I received plain steamed edamame instead of the spicy garlic ones.

The rice in the sushi was hard and not cooked and the little cups of sauces I paid extra for were barely filled.

The food was OK. However,, it took well over 2 hours from the time that i placed the order. If things are going to take that long, it would be nice to know that at the time of ordering or getting an update. Instead, I had to contact myself.

I was given the wrong roll that wasn?t the Sapporo roll.

Didn't deliver, came outside and waited 30 minutes just for it to send me a "delivered" text when I saw no one come with food. then get told the delivery person gave it to a different person who said they would give it to the front desk but got no email or anything.

My 1st time getting Umi to go and delivered...

Crazy how delivery gets down to 5minutes then back up to 15 minutes 5 times during delivery. Tips should definitely wait until delivery.

It took over 90 minutes for my food to be prepared.

If I could leave zero stars I would. UMI has really declined in the past year. Salad has hair in it. Rice wasn?t fully cooked. Sushi was mediocre.

I ordered crispy beef and it was not crispy at all. I've ordered this item previously and had no problems.

The beef was so grisly it could not be eaten.

Please do not package hot meals in the same bags as sushi. Each time we've ordered our dinner they are packaged in the same bag. By the time the driver makes it to our house (which sometimes has taken more than 90 minutes), the sushi is hot.

Timely delivery, fresh, and delicious! Everything exactly as ordered!

The sushi I ordered was delicious, and it never fails to make me super happy, but I also ordered chicken katsu and the pork cutlet version of it (I think tonkatsu? something with a T I can't pull off the top of my head) and both were incredibly dry, and pieces of the set was cold, except for the pineapple, which I found really strange. I have never had any issues with their food before, and I eat fairly regularly, but I usually get sushi and not the other dishes. It being cold may have had something to do with it being delivery vs in house or just them being busy, but it was nothing that I'm too worried about personally. The meats being dry, however, was completely disappointing, especially for almost 20 dollars a meal.

Umi's rocks. EatStreet could do a lot better.
