Asked for gluten free order of shrimp, it was breaded so i could not eat it.

The food was excellent, I ordered the fish for lunch, did not disappoint.

My food was cold when it arrived. It took long and the coat was not worth it. I don?t understand why it wouldn?t come from a location that is much closer to me.

Excellent. I think I received an extra meal was this intentional? Do I owe you some more money?

Are you serious? You didn?t show up with the food and didn?t have the courtesy to get in touch with me. No offer to try to fix it either. Seriously awful service. I am done.

We ordered a perch dinner, as we have many other Friday nights. No cooking options were presented for the fish and we assumed it would be fried as always: Friday fish fry. The fish was flabby and white. It looked like it had been boiled--extremely unappetizing. What is going on?

Love this restaurant! Everything I or anyone else gets is delicious. Have been eating here for a couple of years and it is on the top 5 list.

It was okay - the brisket was a bit dry, sweet potatoes a bit undercooked. food was warm, not hot, but okay

Food was cold upon arrival..,not packaged to stay warm. Fried haddock was not the choicest pieces. I likely will not order from this restaurant again.

The sides were good. The meat was dry, in particular the chicken.

Excellent fried perch. A generous serving size, too.

The salmon (Denali) was excellent; perfectly cooked. I will order it again. I took off a star because the mango salsa was missing and broccoli was overcooked. Order was delivered on time I appreciate that North & South used eco friendly packaging.

Placed order and for 1hr it kept saying 35-45mn for delivery. Never changed. I finally called restaurant. They said the food was done a while ago and they were waiting for Eatstreet to pick it up and deliver. In fact they had closed early and was going to call Eatstreet to get someone to come get it finally someone did but we had waited 21/2 hrs from the time we Placed and the time we got to eat.

Food was excellent but it was cold. We had to heat it up once it was received.

I?m really disappointed. With the food cost and delivery it was roughly $100. Couldn?t eat half of the meat we purchased due to it being way over salted. I?m not one of those people to complain about seasoning, but it tasted as if someone dumped a whole container on the dish. Really wish I could get a refund on this one.

The food was good as usual but the driver took a minimum of 45 minutes to deliver it so the food was cold. Cold fish gets soggy and cold shrimp is not good microwaved.

My experience was very very poor. Your delivery person left the food on the floor instead of the table which is before the locked door where the food was on the floor. The food was also very cold. Never will use EatStreet again
