When Goose asked if we could make a black raspberry flavor, we replied: ?We?ll do you one better.? And made Goose Tracks: the best, most flavorful berry-chocolate chip ice cream we could create. One bursting with the rich, bright, velvety flavor of fresh blackberries and raspberries folded into cream. A little buttermilk to boost the berries? natural tartness and make the flavor really pop. And a super-satisfying clash of bittersweet chocolate chips.
