Food was fantastic, though when asking for a receipt I didn't get one. The one they had didn't show taxes for some reason. I just have to log this information for my workplace so that's why I needed that information.
They forgot the rice. Second time this has happened
Food took over an hour and 20 mins to be made and sent. The driver never notified me they were on the way or at my apartment.
I ordered at 4:49, didn't receive my food until 6:33. EatStreet doesn't tell you that Great Wall uses its own delivery drivers, meaning you can't track delivery status in real time like you usually can with EatStreet drivers. My ETA was at 45-60 minutes and never changed (and wasn't accurate anyway).
When the food finally came, it was hot and my order was complete and correct, but the quality wasn't great: the gravy was sweet for some reason, and the sesame chicken was far overcooked and had just a sprinkle of sesame on top. Everything else was okay but not tasty.
None of this was EatStreet's fault except the non-communication about the restaurant not using EatStreet's delivery services. If I'd known about that, I could have saved money ordering directly from the restaurant (which I suppose is why it's not made clear). I wanted & paid for the reliability and delivery tracking service EatStreet offers, and did not get it.
The food took forever to get here but was really good.

Amazing I love they egg fu Yung it's the best and I'm from Chicago so I get great Chinese food but great walls I'd so good .. that pork fried rice is the best ever ..everyone at my job is hooked on them now

This was only the second time eating here. The first time was ok, but nothing special. The second time was an improvement over the first. Either that, or I was hungrier. Either way, the food tasted very good and I will def order from here again.

It was ok, but I had requested that the hot and sour soup have the temperature cut back
and make it milder. Instead, they cranked it up to 12 and neither I nor my daughter could stand to eat it. It was painful.

I will never order from this place again. Estimated deliver time was 45-60 minutes. It took a phone call to verify order and an hour and a half to get delivery. Food was uninspired. Egg rolls were representative of egg rolls and that was the best thing I could say. Hot and sour soup was neither. Crab rangoon had no trace of crab, just cream cheese and fried won tons. Pad thai had no flavor at all. Never again!

The food is THE best Chinese food in Madison. They are fast and all of the workers are friendly.

They forgot to include a meal, the chicken in the Bourbon was dry as if it had been microwaved, and the vegetables in the fried rice seemed like they came from a bag of frozen vegetables.
The food was excellent. The hot and sour soup was the best I?ve ever had-full of tofu and vegetables and mushrooms. The kung-pow chicken had lots of chicken and vegetables and was a huge serving, enough for two more meals.
Portions were smaller than previous orders. Tastes wonderful- our ? go to? for take out

I've ordered from here many times and usually have no problems. This time, we ordered our food at 5:42 with the usual expected delivery in 45 to 55 minutes. I contacted the restaurant at 7pm as we had not received our food. The order status said "out for delivery" for quite some time. The restaurant stated that our food was out for delivery and should arrive shortly. The food arrived at 7:20. The main dishes were still warm however, the crab rangoon and egg rolls were cold and soggy.

I ordered the sweet and sour chicken. Half of it was burnt and there were 3 pieces of shrimp in the bottom. I ate one and spit it out right away as I am allergic. I didn?t ingest any, but it could?ve been a much worse outcome had I done so.
