Great hot fast food

Food was colder than room temptress again. Nachos were soggy, cold and it had no flavor. The last two orders were a very bad experience with El Azteca.

Took about an hour for it to get to me and the Food was cold by the time I got it

Everything was exactly as expected, and hot!

I asked for no shrimp and no guacamole and got both

Order was canceled then randomly showed up the next day without warning. No chips for the bean dip. Drink was the worse we ever had.

The meat was extremely dry on both the burrito and the tacos, as well as the tacos were at the very least missing the green sauce.

I asked for no beans in my burrito and it still came with beans. Not super happy about that.

Good but did it get the jalape?os I requested on my nachos supremo

Food was good as usual but cold upon arrival from Eatstreet

Food was good, delivery time not so much!!! Took way long than it said it was going to take.

Everything was kind of slopped into the to-go containers. Messy, soggy, lukewarm. We threw out 75% of our order ? my daughter used the plain chips to make her own nachos. Eat Street delivery was perfect!

When the food arrived it was cold and soggy so nothing about it was very good.

Food was cold & didn?t get the extra sour cream I asked for.

Barely warm when it arrived. Tacos were soggy. refried beans bland. no jalepenos on nachos......disappointing . We picked up order no problem with eatstreet just restauranr.

Wasn't the best this time. Usually the food is very good and we are repeat customers, but this time just wasn't good.

$13+ for just 3 tacos, no beans no rice.

Food was cold. No beans with food. When approached about no beans... they totally made me feel like I was in the wrong. Wont be ordering from them for a while. Too many disappointments from the last few orders there. Not impressed with to go food, in person was better.

Always reliably good. El Azteca is a great option when you've got your Mexican food cravings.

Awesome food!!

Usually my food from El Azteca is amazing. This trip, the food was smashed into the container, the tortillas were mushy, and the food was cold. I suspect it was a driver issue and not a restaurant issue.

Take out order was a greasy soggy mess. Quality was terrible.

Everything was made exactly how we ordered. From the time the order was placed until it delivered was perfect!!

I payed for my order and then when my husband picked the food up, he was asked to pay and he did, not realizing I had already payed so they charged us twice.

El Azteca does a great job of creating Mexican dishes, considering that they're in the Fox Valley. The food was delivered hot and fresh and tasted great.

Everyone commented that they thought we didn't get the same amount of food as when we go in. Normally we have food leftover for the next day. Not this time and we even ordered extra. Even our 11 year old licked his adult entree plate clean and was looking for more. Don't get me wrong, the food was great, it just seemed that the "to go" servings were really small.

Our order was not correct. It was missing an item. I would think that the driver would check the order to make sure everything is there before delivering it. Usually El Azteca does a great job making sure everything is there. It would have been an easy fix to look in the bag to see if the correct number of items were inside.

Our food was very soggy! Not impressed at all.
