Chicken Palace - W. National Ave

The food isn?t the same; more specifically the sides. The tacos are still good, but the rice and beans aren?t as good.

wait 2 more than 2 hours my order never arrived

I was missing my salad and food spilled in bag

The chicken was a bit dry and arrived with corn tortillas, I like flour. The website never asked me which I wanted, The biscuit was kinda hard but actually had a good taste, I wont be using them in the future

The sides were only enough for 2-3 people. Very small portion

they made it regular I paid for extra

Chicken palace was not able to find our Eatstreet order. We went to go pick up our order at the specified time and they had no record of our order. We had to show them a screenshot of the order and then had to wait longer for them to put it together. Also, they advised they threw in complimentary chips and salsa but when we got home, there were no chips and salsa in the bag. food was good but service was terrible.
