Highlander Pizza

Terrible, ordered food for the whole family an hour and a half before my son had to leave for work, it finally got to my house 2 hours later. Needless to say ,my son didn't get to eat before work.

I hate to leave a negative review because the food here is good, it really is, but the service is awful when they (apparently) are any kind of busy. Food (2 small pizzas and 10 wings) took almost 2 hours to arrive. Was barely warm, plus the dipping sauce for the wings had come open and flooded the bag. Driver ignored 2 requests on the order to leave food on the porch and stood there until I took the food from him. Called the store earlier when it had been just shy of 90 minutes after ordering, all they said was "It's with the driver, he's on his way, sorry", after which it was another half hour before the food finally showed up. No offer of any kind of discount or explanation why it took so long, like it's completely normal to take almost 2 hours to get here when we live less than 10 minutes away.

I ordered buffalo chicken pizza rolls and three of my rolls had raw, undercooked dough. I will not be ordering from them again and that?s on period.

Good food, delivery was a bit slow, but at times they were super busy. No problems though.

Foods always great

My sub was crushed and half of it barely had any meat and my boyfriends sub was supposed to be light mayo but there was so much it dripped out of the sandwich with every bite. His was crushed also but had way more meat. They are always really good tho. I?ve ordered from here many times and it?s only happened like 2-3 times in about 6 months.

Food took over an hour to get to my house and was cold and wet and disgusting. The meal was a waste of my money and time waiting on it.

Food took 2 hrs. to be delivered and it was cold and soggy when received. Won't be ordering from Highlander again.

Food was good but the service was shitty. She had an attitude and shoved the food into my friends hands. And when she called me she wasn?t very nice either. And I was being as nice as possible for a little misunderstanding. My last two orders the drinks were missing and the one before those were missing fries. But I keep going back because I love their philly cheese steak subs but god bless. Your driver could be a little nicer.

I've ordered from Highlander Pizza for carryout, and found their pizza quite good. So last night I ordered for delivery. My order was processed at 8:35 p.m. At 10:00 I called and was told they were really busy, but the orders were out for delivery. At 10:30, just as I was going to call and ask to cancel the order, the driver drove up (note: I live about 2.5 miles from the shop). The driver was sort of apologetic, but quickly handed me the box and ran back to his car. The pizza was lukewarm and the crust was soggy. I would really like to support our local businesses, but I won't be ordering for delivery from this business again.

Delivered in a timely manner. But my cheesecake wasn?t delivered at all. I asked, and he looked at me like he didn?t know what I was talking about. This is the third time I?ve ordered and something has been wrong :(

2.5 hour wait , called 45 mins in to let me know they didn?t have what we ordered them still took that long . No manager as they say

Literally the worst every freaking time ! Always cold soggy food. Highlanders just keeps going more and more downhill.
