Rosati's Pizza - Menomonee Falls

It was very good this time. The quality is returning.

Food tasted fine, but they didn't start making it until I arrived at pick up time.....so I had to wait 25 minutes beyond my pick up time for pizza that was just fine.

Order was cancelled after being confirmed as EatStreet could not reach the restaurant or something

Food was good.

I ordered our food. It was promised for 45-60 minutes. After 70 minutes I called the store. I was out on hold for another 15 minutes for them to come back and say they made a mistake and didn?t print the order. It would be another 30 minutes before they could bring the food. I asked to cancel the order but then was told they couldn?t cancel the order and that I would have to contact East street. The manger was rude and acted like this was not a problem on his part.

On time and delicious!

Order took well over two hours to be delivered, only 2.8 miles away. When order finally arrived, at room temp, it was not complete. I called and was told they didn't have the size I requested. Instead of calling to discuss with me, they chose to just omit it from the order, yet still charge me. After my call, they decided the fix was to have the next size up delivered, 14" instead of 12", and send two 2-liters of random soda. Mind you, I had hungry 2, 9, 10, and 13 year old kids, plus two adults. After this experience, I'm not sure I'll be ordering from there ever again, when I'm in the area.

Order was a pickup, after waiting 30 minutes past my pickup time, I was told they had to remake because they burned the first one. I told them to cancel my order and I left as I was not waiting another 20 minutes. While waiting I saw many other customers orders they got wrong and watched the manager fight with every staff member. This place should close!

The app said that our food would be delivered within 50-60 minutes. It was 60 minutes and still nothing - I called Rosati?s and the man who answered the phone said ?my delivery person just left?. The delivery person was not to my place with the food until 30 minutes after I had called Rosati?s when I was told that ?the delivery person was on the way?. I live a meer 3 minute drive away from Rosati?s. When the delivery person did arrive, there was no Caesar salad (that was clearly on the receipt that was taped to the pizza boxes). The delivery person went back to Roasti?s to get the Caesar salad. In the meantime we opened the pizzas and there was seasoning on them (which was specified on the order not to put seasoning on the pizza). When the delivery person came back with the Caesar salad, there was no Caesar dressing with it (which was also specified on the order). I truly believe this was all Rosati?s poor business and not so much the EatStreet driver. Nonetheless, we were very dissatisfied.

French fries were covered in pepper. Fish was soggy and not much better than frozen fish you would purchase in the grocery store. Food took longer than delivery time and I had to call to find out where the order was. Very disappointing experience.
