Ordered 2 entrees and a side order and only received the entrees. I even asked if everything was all in the bag and was told yes. Very bad service

Poor customer service I had accidentally ordered food from bamboo View I called to cancel order and the employee said I could not cancel the order I explained my drive was 45 minutes and was too far.since they refused to cancel my order I made the 45 minute drive. when I arrived to pick up the food the employee said she had canceled my order ..she could have given me a courtesy call to let me know that she had canceled order after all. .I was then informed that she could not give me a refund on the canceled order.I had to get my refund through 3rd party I still have not receive a refund..what a rip off!!!

The food made both me and my son sick.

I have had food from here 4x total and it has always been great until it wasn't.. I ate 1 egg roll, 3 crab puffs and some Mongolian chicken... Well 7hrs later I started belching something awful it reminds me of a rotten egg , I had the indigestion for 12 hrs+ , but by 10hr after eating I was having stomach pains and then was sevearly SICK for roughly 2 days. Not friend is a Nurse and she said it sounded like salmonella. I loved this place but can't chance ordering again. Reminds me if Costco Pizza. I sat to eat a slice after shopping and seen a hair melted in and out of the cheese and now I feel ill from the the idea if ever having that again. I use to work in the restaurant business and even took 2 years of Culinary art and things happen. Costco everyone was wearing a hair net, but they made effort. Serving undercooked or Bad chicken though is something that can be avoided.

When I received my order they packed my drink inside the sack, with the food, and it spilled. The egg rolls were soggy and no sweet sour sauce was sent for the egg rolls. The drink was inside my order of food also and they also sent the wrong soup. Complete failure on this order.
