A&W - Oshkosh 9th Ave

Absolutely fantastic. For myself and my two younger brothers, it's become our favorite place to get quality food. It's a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. If you choose to eat inside, the atmosphere is nostalgic, and very pleasant.

They forgot the 1 gallon of root beer. And the one float that was ordered was only half full. Food is usually as expected.

Once again the food was made perfectly, drinks were still cold and it was all still sealed up and early even! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Terribly slow. Put in an order for pickup. Arrived and they didn?t even start the order. Once we actually got our order, they forgot to make an entire combo. Went back in and waited again for food. Finally got missing order and they didn?t give me the drink or fries. After waiting 25 minutes for everything, couldn?t wait any longer.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. I always like A&W, but my food was cold. It took over an hour from the time I placed my order till the food was delivered.

Didn't get the order. It was canceled!!

Bacon cheeseburger was okay, only the bacon wasn't crisp as I requested; cheese nuggets were good - but I didn't get my separate order of extra bacon, which was disappointing.,

Missing half of my food not impressed

I ordered it last night and recieved an email saying i would be refunded. This afternoon i went to check my mail and the food was outside for WHO KNOWS HOW LONG. It was torn into by something and i was NOT notified that it was being delivered today, or told after it was delivered that it was outside my door. I threw the food away because like I said, it was torn into and it was cold. I basically just lost 40 dollars. This is rediculous.

Didn?t get my strawberry shake at all! No refund nothing!

Was never able to receive order

The fries were cold and soggy plus there was no sauce for the chicken tenders

The food was cold and took over an hour to get here. $25 for a fast food order that is not fast and comes cold is unacceptable.

Please double check your orders to make sure they are correct....

It took almost two hours to get to my apartment, and by the time it was here it was cold.

Food tasted like it had been sitting for too long, hamburger and fries were cold.

I am honestly shocked at how poor the quality of food we received was. Everything single item was cold . It was terrible most we didn?t even eat after trying which was very frustrating since it was so expensive to order and have delivered for a family of six. Will definitely NEVER order again.

Perhaps they could teach someone how to professionally calls and how to treat a customer with respect. When there was a problem with my order I called and was blown off by a person that sounded like a young teen that shouldn't have been answering the phone. The order was incorrect but they blamed Eatstreet. This isn't the first time I have had someone at restaurant try to shift blame on to the delivery service. Little wake up call A&W. You are responsible for food that comes from your store. Eatstreet delivery people do not come behind the counter and make the food. You do it wrong YOU fix it.

I ordered a Papa burger combo and 1/2 gallon of root beer. My combo should have come with a drink, also root beer. Only the food was delivered because A&W never gave the drinks to the Eatstreet delivery person. I called and got a snotty teen that basically told me that it was Eatstreets fault and I would need to call them. The delivery driver was here during this conversation. He said no problem. He would run back to A&W across town and pick it up. Glad that the Eatstreet delivery person was mature enough to take responsibility. A&W staff was not professional at all. I have called other restaurants when an was wrong and every place has always made it right.

The delivery guy was really nice and helpful !

The food was excellent, but I requested Papa Sauce with my cheese curds and it was not included with my order.
