It was over an hour late, so the food was cold when it got here, and it tasted like they funneled it through the floor drains a few times before putting it in the bowl. Not a pleasant experience and I will not be ordering from that restaurant again

The fried rice tasted rancid and like it was fried in old oil. I was only able to take a few bites before throwing it out.

The food was cold because it took 2 hours to even get to my house. I had contacted the customer support as the order sat in ?order prepared? status for 1hr45 minutes where it said it would originally be delivered in 45 mins, then sat in that status the remaining time saying it would be here 10-20 mins from 830pm on. hunan 1 itself states they are closed at 9pm which is why I ordered ahead of time and yet I got my food at about 10pm. No explanation for anything and my food was cold. I will never order through eatstreet again as you had horrible customer service that only told me ?a driver has been assigned and when the food is ready they will bring it? well I have ordered from Hunan MULTIPLE times and they only ever take 20 mins to make their food.
2 hours for one meal from a Chinese restaurant is awful especially when I had to re heat it myself anyways.
Fresh and delicious, but my instructions to not include mushrooms or bamboo shoots was ignored. First time they have ever failed to follow instructions.

Took forever to get my food. After over an hour of waiting, I wasn't even hungry for Chinese food anymore. Once I got my food, it didn't taste that good either. I'm somewhat disappointed with this place now.
There was no crab in my crab rangoon. Very upset but the rest was good.

The meal I ordered was 3/4 celery. The egg rolls and crab rangoons had a strange taste too. Also pulled out a hair from my crab Rangoon that was not mine.

We paid for shrimp egg rolls but got vegetable, and they were cold soggy and greasy. Shrimp in kung po was old and spoiled tasting and was inedible. Sweet&sour pork was mostly batter about half of the pieces were only batter. Quart of Shrimp Fried rice had about 6 tiny shrimps in it. Even the white rice was cold, old and hard. Boxes were obviously packed and had sat all day. The shrimp with brocolli also had old gross ,smelly shrimp in it. Yuck!

The crab rangoon was more filling and barely any crab..fried rice had little to no taste even when loaded with soy sauce... eggs rolls were almost burnt.. beef peppersteak had about 3 lbs of onions 2 oz of beef...

I threw away most of my general tso's chicken because of multiple pieces with large chunks of cartilage.
My favorite lo mein I?ve ever had! Always hot, filling portions and never disappoints. Delicious.

Ordered food for our corporate bosses and the order received was incorrect. One of the menu items had special instructions to be extra spicy, and it was not. Also requested spicy mustard and received none.
