Too much red sauce on food. The tortilla was soaked with it and was really mushy. Too much cheese was on the beans and rice. Not very good.

Completely wrong order.

I did not even recieve my order. I reached out to my delivery person blt nothing. IIt's ok. But I will never us your seviouse again

It was horrible. It A-Wasn't delivered on time and B- when it was delivered (after an hour and a half) , the bag had liquid in it. I will never use Eat Street AGAIN! Luckily the restaurant delivered for me directly. This is 2 times I have had a bad experience with Eat Street and I will never order with them again.

Terrible wrong order. Driver took almost two hours I need a credit or refund now. My son and I needed to eat and this is the second time this has happened in a month. Need my money back now. Please.

I ordered 2 12 in burritos and I only got 2 6 inch ones and the wl queso was clumpy and full of water.

Ordered Steak Burrito...great flavor but meat was somewhat tough. Cheese dip was delicious and chips were nice and crispy.

I sent a complaint to you that one item was completely missing, another was something other than what I ordered, and that no chips were provided with the dip. You've responded that you won't give me any credit. Makes me want to consider going only Doordash.

Food was delicious as always. Was missing my small cheese dip. I know that is not an Eat Street issue & fall to the restaurant to get the orders correct.

Order in app showed ready for pick up at 2:37. I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for the order so I entered restaurant at 2:38. Waitress said order would still be a few minutes. I didn?t get the order until 2:50. This is the second time this has happened. This place needs to stop marking orders as ready , so they won?t show orders being late. Original due 2:35-2:40 Marked ready 2:37 Received 2:50

I have a vegetarian bean burrito, the beans literally seemed like they filled the burrito with the dried crusty pieces you scrape off the side of the bowl and they tasted burnt. Worst food I have ever had from them.

Ordered steak fajitas . Did not receive the fajitas.

Very disappointing. Pork was in small stringy pieces. No potatoes and I ordered fried cheese cake but received regular cheese cake slices.

Ordered Taco Salads w/out shells and it was like a mini salad. Other items were good.

Order was to be ready by 3:30 I was told twice by staff (same male) it was being prepared. The third time (female waitress ) I was asked what I?m waiting for the staff checked the computer , printed a ticket then closed the order so it would appear that it was not a longer wait. At 3:47 was told be waitress it will be a few more minutes. I finally got my order at 3:56 almost 30 minutes Minutes after it was to be ready. I wasn?t offered anything for the wait, only given an apology.

I would have given them 5 stars if they had not forgotten the fried jalapenos. The jalapenos is what makes this dish. It was still an enjoyable meal and everything else was 5 stars.

For the third time, our order was wrong. We were supposed to get a steak torta, but received chicken. Also, I asked for the grilled onions to be on the side of my wife?s tacos, and not only were they on the tacos?but they were then covered in raw onion. Since she can?t have onions, we had to throw them away.

As usual, very delicious. I wasn't expecting the tamale to come smothered in sauce but it was still good.

Quesadilla was cold, cheese was not fully melted. I ordered chips & queso to go, i was supposed to receive 2 bags alone with the chips & queso, only received one bag for the whole order.

The food that I received was delicious, but I ordered and paid for cheese sauce I did not get.

My order was canceled after it was supposed to be delivered. I got an alert that someone was on their way with my food and then got an email it was canceled. It was late so I didn't even bother to order anything else. I've always had good experiences with EatStreet but unfortunately this was not one of them.

Half our order was wrong. They sent out the right items, promising a complimentary desert. What we got was cold, and included a few pieces of Halloween candy. Disappointed to say the least, and I still feel we should?ve received a partial refund for having to wait another hour.

I asked for no lettuce. I?ve never seen so much lettuce on the tacos I got.

The order was almost an hour late & all of the items in the bottom of each of the 5 bags was smashed beyond recognition & was not eatable.

Food was a mess, late and cold. We barley got any salsa and our cheese dip was only half full.

Food came more like a Mexican "scramble". Could not identify most of it. The shrimp tacos was to come with grilled onions, fried jalapenos, and lime. The shrimp was full of feces. The grilled onions (4 pieces). The rest, covered in raw onions/chopped. More like a onion taco (terrible). Could have been delivery from EatStreet that created the scramble of our 3 dinners. The sack was full of "sauce" that was intended for one of the dinners. Total mess and horrible experience with the delivery service and their delivery of this $54.88 dinner which included a 20% tip to the EatStreet driver. Totally over-priced and very disappointing!

It took two hours for delivery even though they said that it was ready after an hour. After 2 hours the food was cold and the tostados were mushy.

When it finally arrived it was cold and I was missing my drink!
