Buffalo wild wings didnt do anything

Order was incorrect. I paid extra for all flat wings but received a regular order. I tried reaching out to the delivery person who texted me on progress but didn?t receive a response back. I don?t know if this was an EatStreet issue or a delivery drivers issue. Buffalo Wild Wings said they are not responsible.

Missing dipping sauces. Missing side of onion rings with my sandwich. Delivery slower than the app said it would be.

My wings were between cold and room temperature when they arrived. I also ordered them flavored with Wild sauce, and while I?m unable to prove it, I?m fairly positive they were either original or hot. The level of heat I?ve come to expect when I order Wild flavor was definitely lacking in this order. The color of the sauce was also not typical of Wild sauced wings.

They got the order completely wrong. Sauced 10 boneless wings with fries turned into 10 dry bone in wings no fries.

I would never order from there again unless maybe I went there to eat. The mozz sticks were cold and rubbery. The only good thing was the chicken strips but they forgot the ranch dipping sauce I requested.

$50 order, 30 wings + more and no sauces. This location is notorious for forgetting your sauce. Wings seem a bit over cooked / dry most of the time as well. Onion rings are always great though! Southwest sauce is very good.. when you get it lol

My chicken was cold and extremely burnt.

They forgot to put my wings in the bag. By the time I got them they were all dried out. Very disappointing. The Eat street driver awesome, and made two trips to my place to get me the whole order!

Nobody ever delivered it. Please refund my money.

I ordered an appetizer and 6 wings. It took two hours from the time I ordered for me to get it and it was cold by the time I got it.

I ordered a double cheeseburger with bacon and chips n salsa. Burger was dripping with grease. And no chips n salsa they gave me cold hard French fries

Read the recent reviews and hesitated because they were so recent. But figured hey I've never had an issue, and ignored my instinct to not order from them. Why do I never listen to my gut? Received the wrong type of wings on all wing orders, forgot an entire sandwich and sent two extra fries instead. Mind you they were cold, hard and dry. But the wings that we did eat just to be able to eat weren't too bad. My daughter got her complete kids order which, I probably would've lost it if she didn't get her food, cuz ours was too spicy for a two year old. Probably not gonna be ordering through them again for delivery. The only way I'll eat BWW is if it's dine in. Even then sketches me out now. Disappointed because I absolutely love BWW!!! Lost another dissatisfied customer guys! Come on! Do better!

Food was prepared perfectly. Used to be a regular, but hadn't tried the food in a while. Didn't disappoint.

Eatstreet canceled my order as they didn't know if they received my order or not and they must have as I found my order outside this morning. I feel Eatstreet owes me a freeby!!

Spicy Asian Zing sauce spilled all over in the bag making everything Asian Zing spicy.

I ordered the brisket burger. Omg it was the best burger I?ve had in a really long time!! My daughter loves the orange chicken wings.
