I never got the order. Please issue me a refund asap. The store said they never received the order I placed. The guy in the store even blamed eatstreet because my order was never received

food was good; item listed on menu was not available, but a substitution request was accommodated. Delivery was prompt

The guy who delivered the pizza pulled it out of the insulated carrier and held the box almost vertically. The cheese and sauce was at one side of the box. It?s kinds basic that you need to hold pizza boxes flat.

Piazza Bolis on U St has really improved recently. No longer is the pizza cold or an hour late.

My group finished the two pizzas we ordered so quickly that we returned for two more less than 30 minutes later.

This is the first time I?ve ever had problems with Bolis, but it was so bad I will never be ordering from them again. The pizzas were not fully cooked with the crusts being very doughy despite asking for thin crust. Further, the delivery guy was a confusing hot mess over the phone and in-person. He left the bag of pizzas unattended in my building?s lobby and disappeared for a bit.

Delivery was late. Called the restaurant and they said food was returned. Wtf? I was in a hotel. No one ever came to the door or called from the lobby

My pizza took 1 hour and 50 minutes to be delivered and when it arrived it was cold. Arguably the worst pizza I have ever had. On top of that there was a topping missing.

Easy to order, prompt delivery, really good pizza!
