I went with my go to order from here, but this time was definitely sub par. The meat was gristly and underseasoned.

Burrito was slimy or greasy more slimy was missing the extra vegetables and add ins. Chips were stale no extra salsa like I added a whole bag of chips for one tiny salsa container and could tell it sat out for a while was not hot or barely warm.

I was very disappointed with the food I ordered. I have never had a chimichanga with such a thick and poorly cooked shell. The churros were overcooked. The shrimp tacos were just ok.

the food was delicious. The steak torta was well constructed and the steak was flavorful and tender. The California burrito was well balanced and tasty. The Pozole hit the spot.

Best authentic Mexican food in Madison - hands down, no competition. Great people, great service.

The cheese was a like a very cheap quality nacho cheese and not a queso. The two tiny avocado slices you sent with it were rotten and covered in black spots. I uploaded a photo to Google image results because I can't here.

Food was excellent as usual, but the delivery driver took about an hour to get here when we are 6 mins away. Also never rang my doorbell so I had no idea when it finally actually showed up

I usually love this restaurant, I would consider us regulars. But something was off with my order. It tasted strongly like soap/chemicals and I was afraid to eat it. Maybe there was something sprayed in the to-go container? The taste of chemicals was very strong. I?ll hesitate to order again which is a shame as we?ve loved the restaurant for years.

The food was delicious, but I was very surprised after I ordered to see an additional charge of $8.00 for ?fees.? What fees? Should be alerted and clearly explained BEFORE finalizing the order.

LOVE this restaurant especially their guacamole. Fantastic! We also love their burritos and quesadillas. Food is excellent. Very friendly people in the restaurant. Highly recommend!!!

Food Excellent - I have ordered here before and will order here again. However,and maybe it was just a fluke last night, but it took over an hour for my food to be delivered to me when the ETA wait time to begin with was 20-40 minutes. Again food was excellent... But my wait time was the exact opposite of what I was originally quoted.
