I had the chicken shawarma plate and an extra pita and hummus order. Everything was absolutely delicious and the service was top notch for a delivery! I will absolutely eat here again!
This was the first time I've order from Gyros House and I will definitely be back. The baklava was outstanding, the Greek salad was very fresh and tasty, and the chicken gyros was also excellent (the portion was large and I ate it for two meals). Thank you and I'll be ordering again!

Food was delicious and fresh.
Meat was dry and tough, ordered one beef and lamb gyro and one chicken, didn?t actually receive the chicken. Rice felt like packaged reheated rice with over cooked peas in it. Didn?t include extra sauce I paid for, really expensive for a pretty ? meh, I have to eat it because I?m starving? sort of meal. Won?t return. Really disappointed, threw most of the food out. Gross. And a rip off.

I always order takeout, but the dining area always seems clean. Order is accurate most of the time. I've only ever had a few things missing so I do check before I leave just to make sure. Nothing personal I just don't want to drive back 15 minutes for something mundane as a missing sauce. Food has been great and I've never had an issue with the quality of the food. Order online and the food is ready by the time it says it will be ready. Just understand if you order online there is a small fee and it's not on the restaurant for that. I usually just order gyros and kabob platters and the chicken shawarma. The baklava is really good too. Honestly if you want something simple like gyros and fries, this is the place to go in the area.

Once again, I can't be completely critical after years of great service and food, but they hosed me again yesterday. I was supposed to get 5 baklavas. One of those was to make up for one left out of a previous order. I handed the cashier the 5 baklavas I selected. Somehow, in a matter of seconds when I had my back turned, the cashier still managed to not pack one of the baklavas. They badly need an internal service quality review. Someone is simply not getting the job done.
It's hard to rate this restaurant poorly because they have provided me a lot of excellent Middle Eastern food over the years. Unfortunately, my order was not filled properly and they had no way to provide compensation for their mistake other than to promise me that they would give me free baklava next time I was in the restaurant. They were unable to put a credit on my credit card. This is NOT a good way to do business. First, don't screw the order up. Second, you need to have a solid policy in place to handle when you do screw the order up. They really need to do better about this.
Order wasn't input when we got there, so we had to wait, then the order was wrong. They did deliver the correct order to us free of charge and the food was good.

The quality was OK, my order was incorrect was half incorrect. The order of prawns and chips order was correct. The order of fish and chips, where I specifically requested and paid for three prices of fish, was incorrect. I only received one piece of fish. This is very sad.
Always get orders correct, and on time!
The restaurant did not receive the online order, so I had to manually place it when I arrived to pick it up. It was not ready until 2:25pm. I should have just called in the order myself.
Overall decent falafel but fries could be salted more.
The food was great, but they forgot to give me one of my bags of food. They called me and gave me a couple extra desserts to compensate for having to go back

Ordered a chicken gyro received a lamb gyro. Went back inside to get a new one and then they forgot to bring the new one out so we waiting forever. Would not recommend.

Oddly, the price was $2.00 more then the I store menu. That?s not including your fee. I won?t be using EatStreet again. The gyro was not as good as it normally is, it was dry, not enough sauce.

I ordered on line and paid ahead. I ordered 2 Greek salads 2 gyro salads 2 spanokapita and dolmites. When I got home I was missing a Greek salad and one spanokapita. It was frustrating. I should have checked it before I left.

Gyro was pretty good but order was messed up twice. Once on app and then after I called in to fix. Fries were fine but not a lot of flavor.
Usually my orders never have issues but this time they gave me a chicken gyro instead of a veggie. I?m vegetarian so all I could eat were my fries. I walk over from work during lunch so by the time I got back to work, I would not have had time to bring it back.
