PB & J's Lunch Box

I did not get what I ordered. I ordered the turkey cranberry wrap. My wrap did not have the cranberry mayo, no cranberries, and no sesame sticks. It tasted fine, it was just boring considering I was expecting something different. However, the tots were great as always and this was the first time they got my order wrong.

We have always had a great experience with PBJS . The food is fresh , hot and satisfying for a quick burger and fries! better than going through a fast food burger drive thru .. Homemade and not frozen !

Food was good I was just surprised at how small the order was.

Everything I ordered for lunch was excellent. The tomato basil soup was beyond outstanding. Everything was hot and done to perfection. I will definitely order from there again.

I don't know how they do it but always amazing! Huge portions great prices!

Great foo

I used to order from here once a week, Pat used to usually take my order. The last 3 times I've ordered they have consistently forgot the side salad & pickle. I called the first time, wrote it off as them being busy the 2nd time, but 3 times told me they were hurried and just filled orders as fast as they could without quality or efficiency. This last time has done it for me. While the food is great...it needs to make it to the take out order...I don't want a credit, an apology or a refund...I just want you to know why I won't be a customer again. Shame too as I liked the food when I got it all and the owner was quite wonderful.

Great comfort food. I enjoyed my bang bang tater tot?s and grilled cheese spinach tomato sandwich.

I ordered a fried haddock dinner. About half of the haddock was wadded up in a ball at one end, and then flat at the other. The fish must have been not placed in the fryer correctly. In addition, my order was missing the coleslaw. Overall the meal was decent beyond these two factors. I've had many good meals from their food truck before. This honestly was my first ever let down.

Great club sandwich. Good bread and skilled in the grilling department!

Very disappointing. Literally used two slices of bacon for my BLT. I tasted more bread than anything. Good brownie.

The 5-stars is not only for the always-excellent food, but for the personal service to make it right when my on-line order must have messed up and nothing had been made upon arrival for pickup. But they went over-and-above to quickly make the order and deliver it to me! And included an extra added bonus which made my day. Thank you PB&J!

We were staying at the Ramada for a convention and PB&J lunch box popped up as a lunch spot. We are so happy to have tried it! The grilled cheese is huge! And delicious! Grilled chicken Ceasar wrap and tomato soup were also great. Staff was super nice and order was ready on time!

Majority of food is great most of the time we've ordered - this time there was definitely something wrong with the brownies. They were very flat, crispy/crumbly, and greasy. I think whoever made them forgot some ingredients. Other than that, it was good.

Amazing! We ordered ahead to pick up sandwiches and head to the park. Everything was delicious! Our to-go items were packaged appropriately and ready to eat. Staff was friendly. Highly recommend.

They moved and did not change that on their website. Money was taken but no meal.

Was loving this place up until yesterday. They have tea at the restaurant but not showing on app menu. The last time I ordered a water and said I?d do the iced tea if they had it instead of water in the ?special instructions? in the app. They honored it when I picked up and said they need to add Tea and Gatorade on the app. Yesterday I. Ordered at 12:04...was supposed to be ready by 12:24...waited until 12:40...with 20 mins before I had to be back to work at which time the counter person tells me that I can?t have tea, only water due to an up charge on the tea. All other drinks were the same price on the app, not sure how much more the iced tea would be. Just frustrating and would think they would have just said, take the tea today due to how long you had to wait and just know next time if the tea isn?t on the app, that you will need to pay extra once you get here. Been bragging about this place up until yesterday. Not rushing back now. Counter person was not very helpful or apologetic of having to wait 20 more minutes.

Placed order online said be ready at 314pm Arrived at 314pm . Asked for order not ready be a few minutes. Ate at home it was just ok . No greeting when i walked in and i was the only one there.A turkey club sandwich is a layered sandwich toasted and Buttered . I got a single layer bread with turkey cheese and precooked crappy bacon Where i go normally it?s toasted buttered and they use real bacon. The tomato bisque soup was just ok. In the restaurant business Its very important to speak to customers Say hello welcome to blah blah , can i take your order ? I won?t go back again.
