I received the wrong item.

The pizza was good. Problem with salad orders. Did not receive the correct size. Charged for 1/2 pan received regular size.

The pizza was delicious as always!

We are giving New York Pizza a middle a middle of the line rating as we not super please with the chicken wings. The pieces were so small (the flavor was good). In the past we always bought them from New York Pizza because they were large and plump. We order the Hawaiian pizza and the pizza was good but in the past I think they used the Canadian ham which makes it very flavorful, this time the ham was okay flavor.

You charged me more than tip in service fee. Pay workers. never using again rip off

I had time-ordered it for 6:30, and they wee actually about five minutes early! Sorry to make the driver wait (I currently use a walker due to a severe right knee sprain). But the fact that they weren't late is beyond excellent!

When delivery driver leaves food on stoop, the food prevents the door from being opened to retrieve the food without knocking the food upside down and potentially spilling it onto the stoop/driveway pavement. Better instructions will be given drivers when future orders are made.

It was ok....it arrived after the Estimated time given the pizza was cold meaning the cheese was not melted.

They never arrive on the ETA! Always 10 to 15 min. Later. Grrrr makes me mad!
